House Sitting in College Park

Erica was great with our 2 dogs!

Jared house sat for me and watched my senior dog for about a week and a half. My pup enjoyed his company and even slept with him in the bed (which we allow in this house). Jared even went out of his way to refill the treats once they ran out! He was communicative, responsive, and shared photos and updates daily.

Very happy with Molly. First time in six years we left our dog Rufus (who has tremendous separation anxiety) with a sitter. He is in fine shape and better for the experience. House is in the same shape as we left it. Very happy with Molly and will use her again if she is available.

Meredith was amazing with our dog when we were gone for a long weekend. Our dog has some anxiety issues and doesn't get along well with other dogs, but Meredith was so great and accommodating with her. We will definitely be asking Meredith to watch Aidy again the next time we are out of town.

Anthony was the god-send in an urgent situation, coming on board with very short notice. Because of my situation, some of the usual steps were skipped. I didn't learn til the meet & greet that he had some long shifts at work, that required me to make additional arrangements to feed and walk the dogs on those days. In the past, rover responders have checked the needs and raised the question of whether their schedule matches my dog's needs before we get to meet & greet. Secondly, being clear about expectations/limits of pantry use would have served us both better. Finally, expectations that the fridge be left empty of the dog-sitters leftovers should have been expressed. Ultimately, my dogs were cared for. And I think Anthony is learning how to be a considerate in=home sitter.

Edward and Natalia were easy to work with. They stayed at my house and took care of my dog and cat over a long weekend. The pets seem to be well-cared for and they were respectful of the house. Also great communication.

Rin (Janavi) did an amazing job dogsitting our two huskies, who require a lot of special attention. I can’t recommend her highly enough. She has a natural way with animals, and our dogs responded very well to her calm, confident energy. She carefully followed all of our instructions and reached out for clarification when needed. She has a lot of experience with high-needs animals and adapts her approach to each pet’s individual needs. She walked our dogs multiple times a day and spent plenty of time doing activities with them, just as we requested. She also took wonderful care of our home, leaving everything clean and tidy and bringing in our mail and packages while we were away. We felt completely comfortable knowing our dogs and home were in such capable hands. We would absolutely hire Rin again and highly recommend her!

Nichole is amazing! Highly recommend. Kept me updated with photos of Tater Tot throughout the weekend. Very neat and clean. Impressed by the communication.

Thalia was very conscientious and caring in her care for Darla. She is patient and good humored, and her love of dogs is evident.

Jayne was an amazing sitter! She was very communicative, sent great updates and photos, and took wonderful care of our home. Would rebook her again any time!

Gabrielle is SO sweet and my Pharoah loved her! I’m usually never comfortable with leaving him with people let alone anyone in my home but Gabrielle put me right at ease and sent my lots of photos and updates! She will treat your pet as her own, definitely recommend her and will be booking again!

Karachi We are so grateful for the amazing care our little angel received. From the moment we arrived home, it was clear how much attention and love she had been given. The studio was spotless, the sheets had been washed, and everything was perfectly organized. These thoughtful details meant so much to us. Most importantly, we could tell that Gini was happy, comfortable, and well cared for during her stay. Thank you for treating her like family. Our dog had only ever stayed with family and friends previously, so we were a bit nervous to leave him for a week. We shouldn’t have worried - Sharon sent us regular updates and photos while we were out of town, and we came home to a very happy dog. She administered his daily medication with no problems. She indulged his couch potato tendencies but also made sure to take him out for walks and to meet people so he didn’t get lonely. Plus, Sharon went above and beyond: Our evening flight home was canceled, and she was accommodating of our schedule change. Her flexibility and willingness to make sure our dog was cared for allayed some of our travel stress. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a pet-sitter. She’s reliable, friendly, and clearly cares about your pet!
