But within just a few hours, we connected with Michael — and everything changed. After reading his reviews, we scheduled a meet‑and‑greet to see how our dog would react. Our dog took to him immediately, which made the decision easy. We booked Michael for two walks a day for seven days while we were on vacation and set up a lockbox so he could access our home. Michael was caring, compassionate, and genuinely loving toward our dog. It was clear he went the extra mile every single day. We came home to a happy, well‑cared‑for pup — and we saved a ton compared to boarding. Thank you, Mike. You’re amazing.
