We had a wonderful experience! Melissa was extremely communicative, sent regular updates and pictures throughout the day, and made me feel completely at ease. It’s clear she genuinely cares about the dogs in her care. Archie came home happy and well cared for. Diego is like a guru for all pet sitters! My initial meet n greet with him for my dog Cody went smoothly to say the least. Cody got along with Coco instantly and Diego made me feel comfortable with the idea of him becoming my new pet sitter. He helped me with navigating through the Rover app since I'm a newcomer and I greatly appreciated that. What makes Diego so awesome, is that I booked him for Doggy Day Care and had to leave the area for the whole day. I ended up needing to adjust the Day Care to Boarding! Last minute decision making and Diego FULLY accommodated me with pricing and care for Cody! Cody has changed his eating habits due to the passing of my Mom. I really didn't know what to do. I explained the situation to Diego and once again...him being a guru, he knew Exactly what Cody needed. Now Cody is back to eating full bowls of new nutritional meals along with his Hills Science Diet small bits. Thank you so much Diego! Cody and I are truly grateful and appreciate you. Thanks again bro!

Denisha is AMAZING! She’s so patient with my pup, who still gets overtly excited about the smallest things. She’s very knowledgeable about dogs and understands what it takes to get them acclimated with one another, and what they need individually. Kori, my pup loves going with Denisha for day care. Denisha always makes sure to give Kori lots of attention and physical activity, which I greatly appreciate. I look forward to taking her back to daycare weekly.

Melanie was an absolute gem from start to finish. She greeted my pup with genuine warmth and immediately put both of us at ease. Throughout the stay she was always patient and proactive about his needs and kept me updated frequently with photos. I couldn’t have asked for a more reliable and loving sitter!

Tayshawn took great care of my Kilo. She sent plenty of photos and video to keep me updated. Kilo enjoyed being in her care. I will definitely be using her services again.

Great communication! Very kind and patient when we ran behind. Pharaoh seemed to enjoy himself and we could see via the pictures she took. She even had a nice treat for the Easter holiday. I would use Danielle services again.
