Andrew is a cat owner who understands senior cats. My cat is almost 16 and rather persnickety, which didn’t faze Andrew one bit. He was reliable, thoughtful and trustworthy in the care of my kitty and I would absolutely hire him again.

Lingshan is incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely caring, not just toward pets, but in everything she does. My cat seemed comfortable and well cared for the entire time, which gave me real peace of mind during my vacation. What truly stood out was how she went above and beyond: she even helped me quickly access important information from a time-sensitive delivery while I was traveling. That level of thoughtfulness and trustworthiness is rare. If you’re looking for someone responsible, dependable, and truly compassionate, I highly recommend her. I would absolutely book with her again.

Brianne was such a relief for both my cat Luna and I this holiday season. It was so nice to be able to talk with her during the day about how Luna was doing. It was also great to come home to a full water bowl and a clean litter box :)

Xin did an absolutely amazing job taking care of our cat while we were away in Europe. She was consistently responsive and also posted pictures, videos, and helpful updates during visits. Jessica was absolutely wonderful with my two cats while I was away on my honeymoon. I never like to leave them and they can be a bit shy around new people so I was understandably a little worried about traveling but from the moment I met Jessica, I knew they would be in great hands - and I could not have been more right! My cats who are shy with new people, immediately came over to her and loved her, following her around as she fed them and engaged with them. She was so communicative, which put my mind totally at ease knowing my girls were being so well looked after. Ildiko was amazing! I went away for a week and she came by to check on my cat Juju. Juju usually hides from strangers but Ildiko was very patient and eventually got lots of affection from Juju! I will definitely try to use Ildiko again in the future!!
