We cannot begin to express our gratitude to Nicole for caring for our dog, Maggie! Maggie was so delighted to see Nicole for each visit. You could see it in the pictures that were sent each day! Nicole was reliable, prompt, and caring. She was thorough and communicated each day about Maggie’s schedule, meds, and routine care. Nicole even did a impromptu assessment of Maggie’s nails and helped us with this grooming need which was not the original plan. This involved gently handling her paws each visit so Maggie got used to her touching them. We appreciate her flexibility and commitment to care! We highly recommend Nicole for all of your dog’s needs!

We recently had Catherine watch our senior cat. We've used Catherine several times. She does a wonderful job with each visit and provides updates and pics! Definitely recommend her for your pet.

Xin did an absolutely amazing job taking care of our cat while we were away in Europe. She was consistently responsive and also posted pictures, videos, and helpful updates during visits. She is also very polite, attentive, caring, trustworthy, and professional. We had complete peace of mind knowing that we could count on Xin, and we have nothing but positive things to say about Xin's care for our beloved cat. We would 100% re-book Xin if she is available during any of our future trips.

Lingshan was a delight to work with and she even made friends with my cat, Walter, which is very hard for most people to do. She is highly reliable and definitely has the "cat hands" which immediately put her in Walter's good graces. I loved the pictures she sent me at every visit too! I will definitely be booking with Lingshan again.

Mark was great with our dog Oliver. He was attentive, responsive and provided updates throughout the week.

Highly recommend. We have used Marion several times. She does really well with our two cats, who can get anxious around new people, but they have not had issues with her. She was even able to troubleshoot our automatic feeder when she noticed it wasn't working! We will be using her again in future.

We love Amy! Suki and her are friends now, and we feel comfortable leaving Suki in her care. Amy has been so helpful! This is our second time booking with her, and we will definitely reach out again when we travel. I’m sure Suki will be happy to see her!

Jessica was absolutely wonderful with my two cats while I was away on my honeymoon. I never like to leave them and they can be a bit shy around new people so I was understandably a little worried about traveling but from the moment I met Jessica, I knew they would be in great hands - and I could not have been more right! My cats who are shy with new people, immediately came over to her and loved her, following her around as she fed them and engaged with them. She was so communicative, which put my mind totally at ease knowing my girls were being so well looked after.
