We have used heather’s services a few times now. She is consistently punctual, leaves very thorough review cards after each visit, and pays close attention to our pets’ needs. Her level of care is as if we were taking care of the cats ourselves. That’s a huge stress reliever when we are traveling for over a week at a time. I hope she keeps pet sitting. She is one if the best out there.

Nicole was reliable, prompt, and caring. She was thorough and communicated each day about Maggie’s schedule, meds, and routine care. Nicole even did a impromptu assessment of Maggie’s nails and helped us with this grooming need which was not the original plan. This involved gently handling her paws each visit so Maggie got used to her touching them. We appreciate her flexibility and commitment to care! Jen took very good care of my finicky senior cat (who requires meds) while I was out of town. When my cat was depressed after realizing I was gone for longer than a night, Jen helped me problem solve and made sure my cat still felt loved and important even in her guardian's absence. Jen took care of my cat the way I would and gave thorough updates, which made me feel like I wasn't so far away from my bébé after all. Jackson Galaxy said in a YouTube video of his that a good way to tell whether your cat was well taken care of by a pet sitter is if the pet barely acknowledges your return. My cat did just that! Ignored me for a good few minutes. Ergo, Jen is awesome and I look forward to booking her again. 😊

Xin is amazing! She takes such good care of my cats. They really love playing with her. I was so shocked because my girl cat usually hides from new people, but with Xin she came out the first time for pets. Xin is very friendly and is an excellent communicator. I'm so glad that I met her!
