Our cats felt very comfortable with Michael, and so did we! He's reliable, kind, and respectful of animals, and also very intuitive with them. Their personalities are very different, but he gave Bagheera plenty of active play and made friends with the very shy Laska. We highly recommend Michael and will use him again. Paul's a stand-up guy. He checked on my cat, allowed her her space for her comfort, and even fed my fish!
