I felt so comfortable leaving my cat knowing Lingshan would be visiting him and taking care of him. I would definitely ask Lingshan to take care of my cat again!

Jana was my first experience with a rover sitter and I could not be more happy about it! She was really communicative about everything. She made a checklist for everything she needed to do for each visit and was really prepared. She also sent photo updates of my kitties and let me know every time she was with them. Jana also went above and beyond and made the kittens a toy for them to enjoy (so sweet!!) which really shows how much she cared about my kitties [and animals in general!] She took time to play with them and give them attention :) Jana made me feel so much better about having left my cats alone for a few days and I would book her again and I definitely recommend her services!

Sharon took such great care of our cat Moby while my husband and I were out of town. This was our first time using Rover, and we have zero regrets. From the start, Sharon walked us through the process and communicated with us daily. We will definitely rebook Sharon again!

Teffni was great — communicative, extremely prompt, friendly, punctual, and took great care of my five cats. I really appreciated the pictures she sent me and that she immediately responded when I asked about one cat who wasn’t pictured (she was napping). I’ll definitely try to rebook her for future visits.

Ambar was amazing.m doing drop-in visits with out cat. Our cat is pretty wary of strangers, but Ambar played with her until she was m willing to accept pets and took wonderful care of her throughout. We got daily reports on how she was doing and lots of pictures and videos. If we need drop-in pet care again, Ambar will be our first call!

Julianna did a great job keeping us informed of how our kitty was doing during our five days away from home, always sending pictures and giving us updates on how the kitty was handling our absence. We recommend her highly.

Melissa was absolutely wonderful in taking care of our cat, Norman! She gave us such thorough check-ins every day with lots of pictures. She was also just a genuinely sweet and thoughtful person. Your pets are sure to be happy and well cared for with her while you’re away.

Drew was great with our kitties! They were happy and well cared for. Drew was always excellent with communication, and he even went above and beyond in care by making sure everything was very clean in the process (without needing to even be asked). We are very happy with the service he provided and we will definitely book again in the future!
