Pet Sitting in Germantown

Jasmin did an outstanding job with taking care of our three cats. We went for twice daily check-ins, and they quickly warmed up to her. She always sent lots of pictures and it was clear the kitties enjoyed the visits! I would highly recommend Jasmin to anyone looking for a cat sitter.

Cathy is great with our boys. They always respond positively when she comes to sit for them. She plays and snuggles with them. Iv will definitely call in her again.

My two dogs are from a hoarding situation and are reactive to people coming in the house and strangers generally. Dee Dee has been coming weekly for an hour to help calm them down. They have made great progress with her. She is very calm and nurturing and they are on their way to becoming well adjusted dogs.

Rene took great care of my cats. The check-ins were on time and my cats were in great shape and obviously well cared for. I would definitely use Rene for future care.

I was just texting Lynette about how great she is with my pups and realized I should probably post it for others to see! I have 2 large dogs (85 and 65 lb) age 9 months and 4 years. They are wonderful, but their level of enthusiasm for visitors can be a bit overwhelming. Lynette is great with them, and so patient with their antics. She works with me on any updates to their care (like when the puppy was on crate rest or havong tummy trouble) and has been taking them on walks even though they are still learning how to walk together. She really cares about them and they cannot wait to see her each week.

Samantha is a wonderful cat sitter! She was super communicative and I felt 100% confident with my cats in her care. Highly recommend to anyone!

Yashelle is extremely reliable and thorough. It’s clear that she enjoys working with pets. My dogs are very appreciative of her drop in visits while I am away for work. Yashelle is also very responsive, and has been great when I have last minute travel plans. Thank you, Yashelle!

Shanice always does a great job taking care of our two cats. She is very communicative and reliable!

Nicole was AMAZING! She was prompt, thorough and so patient and sweet with my cat. She followed his schedule to a T. She played with him and spent 30 minutes a day listening to music with him. She shared videos and 6-8 pictures every visit. He was in excellent hands. This was the 1st I used Rover and had someone other than a family member take care of my cat so I was a little apprehensive but Nicole was so tender and loving with Louie that all my nervousness and anxiety about leaving him went away. Highly recommend!!!

Bryce is our go to sitter, and she is amazing as always! Very attentive to our cats needs and in tune with their behavior. I always feel much better leaving home when I know Bryce is coming by.

Alejandra was a great sitter. She came to our house to meet our cat and guinea pigs beforehand and took very good care of them. She was responsive, communicated well with us and sent us pictures.

Kenneth was very flexible and accommodating for cat sitting Maple and Roux! I really appreciated his kindness and making me feel completely at ease for being out of town for several days. This was a great experience overall.

Don was responsive and able to cover watching Pan (our cat) with short notice. Having had some seeming stress-anxiety issues with Pan the last two trips - it felt great coming home to a calm, relaxed cat (barring the typical neediness of course!). Absolutely THRILLED with the excellent care given to our orange tabby by Eva over the Thanksgiving holiday. We found Eva via Rover and were especially drawn to her because of her profile photo with her own kitty. (Seems that most Rover caregivers are focused on dogs. Eva takes care of dogs, too!) We had a meet and greet with Eva along with a second advance meeting to turn over the key. In both pre-visits, Eva was punctual and professional, as well as warm and personable. She is also conscientious and respectful. For example, although we didn't ask her to do so, she removed her shoes at the front door. She was careful approaching our cat, allowing him to meet her on his terms. Eva took all of our instructions and asked great questions so we were all on the same page. She even asked for a sweeper to clean up the kitty litter. In addition, we asked Eva to bring in our mail and newspapers. She left the papers carefully by the door and the mail in a neat pile on the counter. She had washed the bowls and utensils and everything was so tidy when we returned. We had great communication with Eva during the visit, and we really like Rover's check-in/check-out procedures and photos. All of this is to give Eva high praise and big thanks and kudos for exceptional service. We would hire Eva again without hesitation. She is terrific!
