Nathaly was amazing! This was our first time using Rover for our two cats so we were a little nervous. She eased our minds immediately as she was punctual and made sure to send lots of updates! As always Patrick and Bahiya were amazing making sure our four legged babies were cared for and loved on. They always checked in and sent pictures at every check in I would definitely recommend them and plan on using them for all of my future trips.

Kathleen took care of my 2 cats over the holiday weekend - immediately prior to my departure, one of my cats had started to vomit up his wet food on occasion - and so Kathleen had to do some cleanup above and beyond the call of duty - she was great about it and i came home to a clean house!
