Sam was absolutely wonderful. She walked our dogs on a regular basis for the past few months. She was always on time, made sure to provide plenty of info and pics, and was extremely flexible with our always changing schedule. Our pups will miss her daily visits as we are moving away. Janine is so warm and friendly. Completed the second walk today. My puppy was so happy to see her that he peed in his excitement. We did an hour the first walk and it was too much for my 4 month puppy. I suspected it would be too much and had given Janine a heads up. I so appreciated the feedback...after the first walk, Janine suggested that we reduce it to 30 mins till he is a little older. And she was super flexible with some technical issues we had with the Rover app. Thank you Janine!
