Michelle helped me out with my cat Peaches. This is my first time owning a cat and now first time having a sitter. Michelle was wonderful! She came to visit me and Peaches before the sitting and Peaches loved her. I knew I had chosen the right person. Not only do I now have a sitter but also a friend. Thank you Michelle for everything. Rene is absolutely fantastic. She was always prompt, diligent and so caring for our cat. This was our first time leaving Milo. Rene immediately put us at ease. She communicated constantly. She came prior to the scheduled visits to meet Milo, who loved Rene instantly. During the visits, Rene sent us pictures of Milo. She did “all the things” (litterbox, food, water etc), probably more carefully than we do at home haha. Rene even brushed Milo, which was above and beyond. We are so happy Rene took care of our pet. We can’t say enough good things about Rene.

Christa was a great Sitter for my 2 cats. She was communicative and friendly. I would highly recommend to anyone else and would book with her again. She was also capable of administering oral medication to my older cat.

Samantha was wonderful with Gemma. Attentive to her needs, keeping me posted with updates and sending pictures throughout the process. Highly recommend! Will be reaching back out to her for future requests.

Conor was great with my cat, Lola. He was attentive and kind! We were lucky to have him take care of Lola while we were on vacation! I would recommend Conor!!

Becca was an amazing sitter. She watched my kitty Ollie for a week and had great communication, took lots of pics and went the xtra mile. Taking care of my plants, bringing in packages and even cleaning up around my house! Highly recommend.

Absolutely THRILLED with the excellent care given to our orange tabby by Eva over the Thanksgiving holiday. We found Eva via Rover and were especially drawn to her because of her profile photo with her own kitty. (Seems that most Rover caregivers are focused on dogs. Eva takes care of dogs, too!) We had a meet and greet with Eva along with a second advance meeting to turn over the key. In both pre-visits, Eva was punctual and professional, as well as warm and personable. She is also conscientious and respectful. For example, although we didn't ask her to do so, she removed her shoes at the front door. She was careful approaching our cat, allowing him to meet her on his terms. Eva took all of our instructions and asked great questions so we were all on the same page. She even asked for a sweeper to clean up the kitty litter. In addition, we asked Eva to bring in our mail and newspapers. She left the papers carefully by the door and the mail in a neat pile on the counter. She had washed the bowls and utensils and everything was so tidy when we returned. We had great communication with Eva during the visit, and we really like Rover's check-in/check-out procedures and photos. All of this is to give Eva high praise and big thanks and kudos for exceptional service. We would hire Eva again without hesitation. She is terrific!

Rosie took great care of our kitties while we were away for the holidays. She shared notes to keep us updated and to check-in with any questions or news. Her help was greatly appreciated!
