Dog Boarding in Hillcrest Heights

Joe is incredible! This was my first time having someone else watch my dog and i couldn’t have asked for a better person to do just that. Joe clearly has a passion for animals and you can tell by how much care he puts into make sure they are comfortable in their new environment. i will absolutely be booking again and i’d highly recommend others do the same!

Wonderful experience. They took excellent care of my dog and communicated perfectly throughout the entire stay. I felt completely at ease knowing he was in good hands. Highly recommend!

Christian is a fantastic dog sitter! She was responsive, kind, and immediately took care of Pippa as if she was her own. Before committing to the booking, I asked if our dogs could meet. Christian set up a meet up at a local park and was early and patiently waited for us to arrive. Her own dog was clean, happy, friendly, and clearly well cared for, so I knew she was someone who would treat my dog well. Christian not only let Pippa snuggle with her in her bed, but she was clearly affectionate with and kind to Pippa in all the photos she provided. I felt happy knowing my baby was being treated with love. Christian was comfortable preparing and feeding Pippa her medication, and at the end of her stay, she returned Pippa happy, loved, and cared for. I would absolutely book with Christian again!

Elizabeth was amazing with Riley both for day care stay and overnight boarding! She kept us super informed with cute photos and videos and kept our pup happy and healthy during his stay. She was flexible with last minute booking and Riley can’t wait to hang out with her again!

Wow! How lucky are we! As 1st time users of Rover, we booked a last minute 2 night stay for our 2 doodles! We were nervous about leaving them with strangers, but then we met Janel and instantly felt at ease. She sent pictures (the dogs looked very happy). Ahhhh... Thank you Janel for making this so much easier for us!

Vania was very accommodating with pickup and drop off times when I had a delayed flight. Got lots of updates and my dog was very tuckered out in the best way possible when she got home!

Millie had great time! It's clear that Matthew and his family know how to take great care of a dog, they are home most (if not all) of the time which is a huge plus. Will definitely be back in the future!

Rae graciously agreed to watch our dog Hettie with only 24 hours' notice (we had another dog sitter fall through). Hettie had a great time staying with Rae's two dogs. Rae sent us a few updates while we were gone, which we appreciated.

Zulma was wonderful! She took great care of my Chiquis. She was communicative, sent me videos and photos to keep me informed of how my baby was doing with her. I will definitely bring my Chiquis back to her for boarding services. Chiquis enjoyed her time with Zulma and her family.

Alli and her family were wonderful! Our dog came home tired and happy - sure signs of a fun stay. The resident dog, Duke, was super friendly and immediately started to play with Scout. Alli was great with communication and updating us with photos while we were gone. Awesome Rover experience all around - we look forward to rebooking with Alli again soon.

Jenna was great!! She kept me updated with Ace for the entire stay with lot of pictures! I even had an emergency which made it so I wouldn’t be able to pick Ace up on our scheduled pick up date and Jenna was VERY accommodating! I will definitely book with her again!

Diego was amazing with our dog Rezzi! It was our first time leaving her with a sitter outside of family, and he made us feel so comfortable. He was patient during the meet & greet, answered all our questions, and sent daily video updates that gave us peace of mind. Rezzi had a great time with the other well-behaved dogs in his care, and his clean home and spacious backyard were perfect. She’s usually anxious but warmed up quickly, and we loved that he works from home. We’ll definitely use Diego again!

McKinley was great! She treated our Pumpkin like family. She has great communication and very understanding. We think our Pumpkin loved her stay. We will definitely book again!

Jennifer took great care of our dog Hank while we were away. She always goes the extra mile to make him feel at home. And the pictures she sends are a nice touch to keep us posted on Hank. Highly recommend!

Patience is a great caregiver, her warm and loving care and communication made it a pleasure leaving Shepherd in her care.

Brian was awesone! We used him for our 10 day vacation and boy was our dog sad to leave. We have a lazy senior and he was able to get a little pep in his step and got him out walking several times a day keeping up with his boy Bob. The consistent pic updates were phenomenal! Definitely would recommend Brian for boarding! 10 times better then a kennel he makes them feel at home :-)

My service with Kelly was excellent. She provided one on one time, exercise, and playtime with Leo. Kelly sent me updates everyday and it looked like Leo was so cozy just as if he had a home away from home.

Donna took such good care of my dog Finny while I was away!! Finny is almost 16 years old and really picky about her food. Donna even went out and bought additional items to try to tempt Finny to eat. I could tell she really cared about my girl and went above and beyond to watch over her. She sent me pictures of Finny and kept me updated every day. My plane got delayed on the way home due to a ground stop in DC and Donna was so gracious and flexible with her schedule. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone!

I cannot recommend or thank Shane enough! He watched Daisy for five days while I was away for work, and I couldn’t have asked for anyone better. I was nervous to leave Daisy as she is only 6 months old, but Shane made the entire process so simple and it really eliminated all concerns. He met with her ahead of time, made sure she was going to be okay with his pets, and asked all the right questions regarding food, bedtime, allergies, etc. Shane made sure I got photos & updates each day and even helped me transport Daisy’s crate since I don’t have access to a car. I will totally reach out to Shane the next time I have to travel. Thank you Shane!
