Jhonathan was so professional and made sure to discuss all details before confirming. Because this was our first time meeting Jhonathan, he took the time to come for a meet-and-greet which was not required of him but very much appreciated. We had no worries leaving our beloved dog with him. We will be booking with him in the future!
Kaitlyn took great care of our two cats while we were on vacation. She is very responsive and sent daily updates and photos. No issues at all.
