She was able to come do a meet and greet the day before the booking started, and it was clear our dog loved her as soon as she came into the home. Nicole was with our pets for the weekend and did such an amazing job. She kept me informed and sent lots of pictures. You can really tell both my cat and dog love her. We had an incident where our cat got out (not related to her care at all) and she immediately jumped into action to find him. She went above and beyond: asking neighbors, driving around the block, etc and made a rough situation so much better. I’m so grateful Nicole was the one watching our pets and I will absolutely be booking with her again!

Kathryn has done a great job getting to know Lexus, a dog with many issues. Kathryn was on time and kept us posted on how this went. Was her first time trying to enter the house without us there.
