Dog Boarding in Kensington

Adva, Steve, and the whole family were amazing with Levi, our Australian Shepherd!!! They gave him lots of pets and great walks, and he enjoyed his time with their sweet pup as well! We will definitely have them care for Levi again.

Our pup has been going to hang out with Supon for a while now, and still gets so so excited every time we drive up the street. We recently left him for a few days while we staycationed out in Middleburg. All 12lbs of my dog pulled me to Supon’s house, and per usual, he didn’t even look back as I walked away. Throughout the week, Supon sent at least a couple of photos per day, showing how much fun the dog gang was having. He is always so communicative, putting us at ease being even an airplane ride away. Supon is the best.

I needed a sitter for my rambunctious golden retriever for about 4 weekends in a row. Maria was so great with her! She went on several walks a day at the dog park and around the neighborhood. She even helped our dog improve her manners and social skills. I highly recommend Maria and plan to use her again in the future!

Jenny kept us up to date with Scout’s activities. She let him play outside as much as possible despite the rain. Accommodated his diet of raw and kibble.

Yi was amazing with my mini Aussie Shepard. He has never been boarded before and was a little hesitant of being away from us, but she was so sweet and patient and sent us pictures of him. He was obviously well cared for while away. Would high recommend Yi! She was also so easy and quick to communicate with!

Nicole was a great person for my older dog to be with for his first dog sitter. She was very experienced with my type of dog who is older and had medications. She acclimated him well to his new surroundings and to the other dogs. Nicole was responsive to all my requests and questions. She has a very calm and peaceful demeanor that works well for making dogs feel at ease. Her passion for caring for dogs was very clear. I would definitely use her again.

Cal and Kelly are extremely responsive and kept me up to date on how our Hank was doing. They are obviously dog lovers and take really good care of the pups!

Alex was a caring and thoughtful sitter for our dog while we were away for a week. He was communicative throughout and took great care of our pup!

Great sitters, I'm a repeat customer and will be coming back. They take excellent care of our pups and send lots of photos throughout the day. My pups always come home happy and exhausted. Highly recommend!

I really appreciated Danielle and her family taking such good care of Zeus. I always struggle with leaving him and the pictures she shared, while I traveled made me feel more comfortable. When I arrived to pick up Zeus, seeing her daughter playing with him, outside in the fenced in yard, warmed my heart. I will definitely be using Danielle when I travel again.

Aashna and Sidhanth were excellent hosts! They provided regular pictures and updates on how our dog was doing. Our dog even had a brief episode of anxiety induced sickness for a day, but the love and care from Aashna and Sidhanth made him feel better soon thereafter. We will definitely keep them in mind for next time. Highly highly recommend them as hosts! Thanks again for everything!

Anastasiia was great! She was able to watch my rescue dog on short notice, and took great care of her. Since my dog is a rescue, I’m always a little nervous finding someone new to watch her. Anastasiia understood her quirks giving her both love and attention as well as space when she needed it. And I got lots of great updates with photos and videos, which was much appreciated. All around we had a great experience!

We love Ming and team! They are our go to when Henry needs a vacation away from home. Ming has always been super helpful, and have helped me with a few urgent/last minute requests. Henry is always relaxed and happy when he comes home, and usually doesn’t want to come home. We can’t wait for the next time!

Alison was incredible with watching Maeve. Our dog is very shy and skittish with new people but Alison was so patient with her and managed to win her over by the end of the weekend. We received many photos and updates that eased our anxieties. 100% recommend and will be using Alison again in the future!

Rio had been spending boarding time at a big chain pet hotel. He simply was not happy sitting in a "suite" the whole time with a couple potty breaks and a stressful 30 minute play time with a bunch of anxious dogs that had been caged all day. He would come home anxious from these stays and really hoarse from barking (and he is not really a barker). Dropping him off was traumatic for both of us and i worried for him during his stays. So we had to find another solution. When i dropped him off at Robin's home, she greeted us with one of her sweet dogs who welcomed Rio. I was happy and relieved to see how calm he was as i said goodbye. Robin communicated very well with us during his stay and sent a couple pics of Rio enjoying himself, the other dogs and the lovely space. When we got home, his bark showed no signs of the typical stressful boarding experience and he settled right in without any signs of anxiety. So pleased to have found a much needed accommodation with such high quality care. Robin will absolutely be our first choice for Rio's boarding. * * * * *

Tracy and Sam took excellent care of our senior boy over a long weekend. We were first time Rover-users, but felt secure leaving our baby with them while attending an event out of state. We really appreciated excellent communication, daily photos and updates, as well as their genuine affection for Radar. Thank you, Sam and Tracy.

Outstanding experience!! From meet & greet to final pickup Stephanie was reliable, kind, and professional. She lavished our girl with both exercise & cuddles and sent us so many fun pictures we were able to relax and enjoy our time away. Would re-book in a red hot minute!

It was abundantly clear how well Roseline took care of our dog for two hot summer weeks: with the same care and love she shows her own cute dog. Our family truly appreciated it, and all the photos and videos she sent us every day.

Really considerate folks. We have a particular pup who has lots of fears and idiosyncrasies, including sleep startle and fear of stairs and slippery floors, and Justin was a pro. He sent regular photos and updates so we didn't have to worry. Coco will be back!
