Melanie was wonderful with Taake during their meet and greet and several hour visit (separation anxiety pup). Melanie sent hourly updates with photos which I didn’t expect, but really appreciated! She was flexible and was a great communicator throughout- would recommend.

Ambar was amazing.m doing drop-in visits with out cat. Our cat is pretty wary of strangers, but Ambar played with her until she was m willing to accept pets and took wonderful care of her throughout. We got daily reports on how she was doing and lots of pictures and videos. If we need drop-in pet care again, Ambar will be our first call!

Ri was so great with our shy kitty, and she texted me photos after each visit. I felt great knowing that my cat was being cared for by Ri during my long trip!
