Natalia was great with our dog and extremely communicative. We had an issue with our lock and she went above and beyond trying to help us sort it out. We really appreciate all of her help and would work with her again no question!

Hyujung was great with Kingsley! He seemed to really like her and she provided multiple pics with her updates! I will definitely trust her with Kingsley again! Thank you!!

We’ve used her twice for drop-in visits and home stays, including a full week this month while we were out of town, and she’s been fantastic each time. She’s punctual, attentive, and clearly cares about our pets. She also leaves everything clean and in order. Highly recommend and will definitely book again!

Teffni was great — communicative, extremely prompt, friendly, punctual, and took great care of my five cats. I really appreciated the pictures she sent me and that she immediately responded when I asked about one cat who wasn’t pictured (she was napping). I’ll definitely try to rebook her for future visits.

Julianna was excellent with my cats. My one girl can be pretty skittish and she seemed to warm up to her fairly quickly. She gave me thorough updates, took a ton of pictures, and immediately reached out with any questions. I felt at ease leaving my cats with her and would definitely book her again 🐱

Khadija was incredible with my boys. We didn’t have a chance to meet in person, and I was worried about my chihuahua due to his overprotecting personality of the house, but she was able to come in, follow all requests and I even got a great picture of them before she left. I will without hesitation book with her again soon.

Ambar is absolutely amazing!! My dog has allergies and specific needs that accompany them. Ambar was patient, friendly, energetic, hands-on with the routine, and gave positive reinforcement all on the first day of meeting my dog. Dulce was excited and so happy every time she saw Ambar. She even let Ambar wipe her eyes and put itch spray on, which is always a challenge and accompanied by side eye lol. Ambar did it all genuinely with care. Hire her, she’s excellent, reassuring, compassionate, and very communicative. Thank you again Ambar!

Melanie is a true gem! She is amazing with my fearful dog - patient, calm, and understands how to build trust at my dog’s pace. When I recently had a family emergency, she went above and beyond to care for my dog, giving me peace of mind during an incredibly stressful and difficult time. I’m so incredibly grateful for her kindness, reliability, and dedication. Highly recommend!

Great with the cats!

Ilana was great with our two cats! She visited our house twice a day while we were away and made sure our cats were well taken care of. She followed all of our care directions and was flexible when needed. We appreciated her help and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to others!

Drew was great with our kitties! They were happy and well cared for. Drew was always excellent with communication, and he even went above and beyond in care by making sure everything was very clean in the process (without needing to even be asked). We are very happy with the service he provided and we will definitely book again in the future!
