Nicole was fantastic! My biggest worry was my shy kitty being too afraid to come eat with someone new in the house, but Nicole worked with his boundaries and got him to eat each visit! He was actually starting to warm up to her at the end and braved out around the house during the last few stays! She definitely has this cat owner's recommendation and will be at the top of my list in the future!
