Joanne was communicative and very mindful of our dogs and their comfort level with her, and also of our home! Also, I appreciated her prompt offer to come meet them well ahead of time so we could talk through everything.

Alex took excellent care of my 2 Maine Coon Cats and "Moo" cat. My big, scaredy cat spent some time with her. I loved all the pictures that she sent. I appreciate the care that she gave.

Zeel was great! We were gone for an 8 day cruise and she sent pictures, videos, and stayed in contact with me the whole time. We paid for 30 min visits and she ended up staying much past that several times! When first meeting Zeel, she made us feel much more calm about leaving our “kids” for so long.
