I don’t have a lot of experience using Rover, but Luisa is by far the best sitter I’ve ever met. She’s incredibly kind, thoughtful. She sent me so many photos and updates — more than anyone else ever has — which made me feel so reassured. My dog came home happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for.

Wonderful communication and flexibility for changing plans, took great care of my dogs and they came back looking like they enjoyed their vacation playing in the yard.

If our dog could talk he would ask to go spend every weekend with uncle Jeff. We really appreciate the attention was given to Saint. Jeff kept us up to date of his daily fun outings with pictures and we greatly appreciate the care.

Nicole is incredible! I usually take my dog, Denim, to PetsMart when I travel, but I’ve never been fully satisfied with the care he receives there. A friend recommended Rover, which led me to Nicole—and I couldn’t be happier! From the moment I booked, her communication was excellent, and she immediately put me at ease about leaving Denim with her. We boarded Pepper with Kristy and it was amazing. My normally anxious and shy pup loved being with Kristy and her two dogs. Kristy provided a lot daily updates and pictures without me asking. It helped us feel good about leaving Pepper with her. I knew that she was safe, comfortable and receiving lots of love. I would like to use Kristy again and recommend to her anyone.

Storm always has a great time. I love knowing that she settles right in like she’s at home. I know she loves spending time with Marissa and her Furbabies and can’t wait to go back! As long as we live in the area Storm will be delighted any chance she has to go back!

Paula is absolutely great! She’s responsive, attentive and friendly. She keeps me updated on how she is doing and has become my top sitter to keep my fur baby Duchess when I’m away. Duchess is always happy when she sees her and her family at drop off.

Tamara’s care for my pup far exceeded my expectations. we were in a bit of a sticky situation with another sitter and she was able to quickly save the day by taking my dog in. She was attentive, communicative and understanding to my dogs needs. i will absolutely book again

Precious and Devin took such great care of Art. They are very kind people and Art had a great time with them, even though he can be a handful at times. I will definitely book with them again.

This was my first time using Rover. Ms. Angela really helped me out on a last minute change up. She responded promptly and told me everything she would need to take care of my dog. Gurbata was so amazing with my wild little pugapom! She was great at communicating with me and sent lots of photos. She went above and beyond with taking care of my dog and gave him the attention and snuggles he thinks he deserves! Can’t recommend enough!

Beth was really great. She was really easy to work with and Jasmine had a great time with her. Beth was very accommodating with our schedule and was gracious about a couple accidents she had. Would definitely recommend boarding with Beth.

Megan has been an excellent sitter for my cats. Phoenix had been sick with urinary issues (Feline Urinary Syndrome /FLUTD), and he was still undergoing treatment. She took great care of him, taking him to the vet, giving him his medications, keeping track of his feeding schedule with diet prescription, and monitoring his bathroom habits. I also left my other two cats with her while I was away on a one week work trip. She has been very attentive and communicative, sending me daily updates with photos and videos of all my cats, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. When I returned to Maryland, I found all three of them very well cared for. Thank you so much! I’ll definitely be booking with her again for future trips!
