I needed a cat sitter on short notice and found Alice. I never used Rover before so it was a bit daunting to ask someone I never met to take care of our cat Pinky. However I sensed I could trust Alice 100% from the moment I spoke to her. She is very friendly, helpful and professional. She owns cats herself so she knew exactly what was needed. She provided picture and detailed updates while we were away. Pinky absolutely adored Alice and I didn’t worry about Pinky while I was away. I knew she was in great hands. So nice and goes over the top to help accommodate your traveling, etc. to help take care of your pets. If Darla and I weren’t moving, we would gladly ask her to take us on again.
