Dog Boarding in Mechanicsville

Anika and her family were wonderful with Clyde. She was sure to send updates and ask questions if needed. I would recommend and use her again.

We were nervous about leaving our high energy Louise for the first time but she had a wonderful time. Denise and family made me feel at ease through my first Rover booking. Highly recommend :)

Amber and her family were so good with my emotionally needy giant "lap dog". Amber was very communicative and sent me plenty of photos to keep me updated! Thank you again Amber! When the need comes, we will definitely try to book with you again!

She was very accommodating to Bindi. Tasha keep me informed with photo's & I especially appreciated the videos. She's amazing & will make your dog feel comfortable even if they are anxious like my dog bindi.

Nikki was absolutely amazing with our big goofy boy. We'd be happy to have her watch him anytime. She sent lots of updates and Pippin clearly had a blast.

Sarah was great and Levi felt right at home. Levi has met his match with Rumi and he now has a new friend with just as much energy as him! Will definitely book with Sarah again! ☺️

Our pup had never been left overnight with someone who wasn’t a friend or family. Lillian made him feel right at home and treated him like one of her own pups! I got updates and photos everyday, and she was extremely accommodating to any extra care he needed (meds, unusual eating habits). Will definitely be booking her for future stays.

Based on pictures shared by Kelly, it appeared our dog was happy and felt comfortable in her care. We appreciated the updates and we were comfortable speaking and dealing with Kelly. She was also very flexible with our schedule.

This was our first experience with Rover and Tanita and Terrence made me a believer! From the first contact, to the offer to visit the property ahead of time, to the daily updates and finally pick up, they were so engaging and encouraging despite my dog’s lack of social skills. I made contact with a few people offering boarding, but they were the only ones who offered a pre-visit which was impressive from the start. I had no worries leaving Star with them. Tanita and Terrence were patient and displayed a genuine care and concern for my Star, as if she was the only dog present. I will recommend them to anybody who asks and I’ll definitely use their services again.

Megan was so easy going and confident with my dogs . She sent me pics and updates everyday and gave me such peace of mind. I will absolutely book with her again!

Our Sasha had a great time during her stay. She seemed to enjoy all the other dogs that were present. Nick and Cici were prepared and considerate of what Sasha may need during her stay since this was her first time with them. I appreciated all the pictures and communication that occurred while we are away. We will certainly be using them again in the future.

Reese loved his stay with Lindsay! It was everything we look for in a Rover stay. Reese got to run with her dogs outside, hang with them inside, and be a part of the family. I don't think he was ever in a crate during his stay. Lindsay sent pictures and videos daily and responded promptly. It was a great experience all around. I will definitely book with Lindsay again. On top of all of that, she even made a paw painting with him to send home which is seriously cool!

Kelly and Maurice spoils my Bella every stay. They send videos and messages daily, showing how much fun Bella has with all her friends. They have become my go-to sitters for my Bella.

Haley and her family were amazing!! They took very good care of our Luna-girl overnight. Haley was attentive and went out of her way to give us updates of our girl so we didn’t have to worry. I love that Luna had a new friend to play with during her stay. Also, it was so sweet that they carried our crate and other belongings to the car for me when I picked up our pup. I would give 6 stars if I could!!

Elizabeth was Amazing! This was our first boarding for our fur babies so we were very keen on finding a nice, motherly personality and Elizabeth and her place were perfect for our little Boston Terrier mixes. They came back completely relaxed and obviously very well fed. You're going to love working with Elizabeth who we plan on using exclusively going forward.

Connie is a kind human who took excellent care of our dog, Mika. She is trustworthy, compassionate, caring, and understanding. She was flexible with our times and responded quickly to any messages. Mika loved her and her home making it easy for her to get over separation anxiety early on. We would be honored to have Connie look after Mika again in the future! Thank you, Connie!

Vanessa & Gio are the BEST!! That took care of our Shiba, Jackson for nearly 2 weeks and went above and beyond our expectations! They ensured he stuck to his diet, had extra walks, toys, treats, play time, and overall, a home away from home. I look forward to future stays with them in the future!!

Lori and Mason were very communicative, sent a good number of pictures, and when I went to pick up Ralphie he didn’t want to leave! Thank you for the last minute, save the day, care for my doggy!

Cameron was amazing watching our small horde of pets! She was very patient and understanding with all of their needs and quirks. Will definitely book again.

Erwin and his wife are Absolutely positively the best people to care for your pet. They were knowledgeable, caring, and devoted to caring for my fur son duke. I would highly recommend them. They gave daily updates on duke which made me feel comfortable bringing duke to them. And duke absolutely loves them. They are the best. No need to look anywhere else. Thanks again to them
