House Sitting in Montgomery Village

We always use Allison when we can. Both our cat and dog come running to greet her, which is not surprising. She understands that Toby, being a smaller older dog, doesn’t want to be walked, so much as he wants someone to cuddle with. Definitely a good fit for our boys!

Felicia was amazing, everything you’d want in a pet sitter. She was reliable, communicative, and I knew Arnie was in good hands. Will absolutely book with her again!

Keara was absolutely terrific with Benny! She arrived promptly to pick up our keys and take Benny for a little walk before we even left for our flight. She kept us up to date with lots of photos and details about their time together. We arrived home to an apartment in pup in great shape thanks to her!

We have an 11-year-old Shih Tzu named Buddy who has never been boarded or crated. Because of this, our vacations have typically been limited to places we can drive so that we can take Buddy with us. We had used Rover before for drop-in visits and walks, but never for overnight house sitting. When we planned a recent vacation and didn’t have a family member available to watch Buddy, we found Nicole on Rover. Her reviews were excellent, and I believe she had a 4.9-star rating, so we decided to book with her. Before accepting the booking, Nicole came to our home for a meet-and-greet so she could meet Buddy, learn his routine, and make sure everyone was comfortable. We chose the house-sitting option because it was important to us that Buddy remain in his own home and have someone there with him. Booking Nicole was the best decision we could have made! She arrived on time and stayed with Buddy throughout our trip. She took him on multiple walks, administered his eye medication, took care of the house, and even took out the trash. Most importantly, she was wonderful with Buddy and gave him the attention and companionship he needed. Knowing that Buddy was comfortable at home and being well cared for allowed us to truly relax and enjoy our vacation without worrying about him. We felt very comfortable having Nicole in our home and caring for Buddy. We would absolutely book Nicole again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone dependable, attentive, and caring to look after their pet. Don just watched our terrier mix pup for 2 nights. He was kind and reliable and our pup was happy and relaxed when we got home. Don walked him multiple times and made sure he got lots of pets. Highly recommend.

Mia took excellent care of our big goldendoodle and our house while we were out of town. She provided regular updates with pictures and was really mindful about the heat and storms and other issues that tend to effect our pup. She left the house in great shape, too! We would definitely hire Mia to watch our dog again.

Jina took care of our pup and home over thanksgiving. She made sure he was walker, fed, gave him his meds and plenty of snuggles. We highly recommend Jina and will continue to have her stay with Slim when we travel! Thank you!

Kay watched Koda, my high-strung Doberman, and he's one of the hardest dogs anyone could take on. He adored her, which isn't easy to earn with him. There was one supervision concern during the stay, so I'd recommend going over your dog's specific safety rules with her up front. Still, if you have a dog who needs someone they'll actually bond with, she's a strong pick.

Michele is fantastic. Our dog had a wonderful staycation with her while we were away. We received beautifully-written, witty daily updates and photos. Michele has a very warm personality and our dog was clearly happy and at ease with her. I would highly recommend her for pet sitting, house stays and any other pet-related services. She is a true gem!
