Lingshan has been wonderful!! Very reliable and so great with my dog Nugget, I can tell he loves going on walks with her and he loves how much she spoils him 💗. Lingshan is always going to be our first choice walker in this area!

Can't say enough about Jason! From fixing my booking dates (I booked 3 drop ins instead of 1 for multiple days), cleaning up after my dog had an accident, putting dirty laundry in wash and spending extra time with Petunia until she is comfortable. He keeps in constant communication with Rover card and pics or text messages when something is wrong. Thank you, I really appreciate your help.

We cannot begin to express our gratitude to Nicole for caring for our dog, Maggie! Maggie was so delighted to see Nicole for each visit. You could see it in the pictures that were sent each day! Nicole was reliable, prompt, and caring. She was thorough and communicated each day about Maggie’s schedule, meds, and routine care. Nicole even did a impromptu assessment of Maggie’s nails and helped us with this grooming need which was not the original plan. This involved gently handling her paws each visit so Maggie got used to her touching them. We appreciate her flexibility and commitment to care! We highly recommend Nicole for all of your dog’s needs!

Ashley was great with my cat and dog! My dog is very nervous and she took her time letting Tot warm up to her. Ashley accommodated a short notice booking which was amazing, and she was prompt, kept me updated and checked over everything I asked her to. I would highly recommend her!

My wife and I once again booked cat sitting with Teffni while we were out of town and we were not disappointed! She did a great job with taking photos to share with us and our cats really seem to enjoy having a visitor they know too. We'll be back again for sure.

Moving to a new city, my husband and I knew that we would need to find a dog walker/ someone to check in on our two doodles occasionally. Finding Alan was so easy with his quick response and amazing communication! Within a few hours of reaching out, he came to our apartment for a meet and greet. Our pets immediately loved him, and we felt so comfortable welcoming him into our home. While we were away for an evening, he took the dogs on a walk, and sent high quality pictures as well. We will definitely be reaching back out to Alan for future pet sitting!

Xin did an absolutely amazing job taking care of our cat while we were away in Europe. She was consistently responsive and also posted pictures, videos, and helpful updates during visits. She is also very polite, attentive, caring, trustworthy, and professional. We had complete peace of mind knowing that we could count on Xin, and we have nothing but positive things to say about Xin's care for our beloved cat. We would 100% re-book Xin if she is available during any of our future trips.

Shakuntala is so attentive and kind. She follows instructions and cares for the animals as her own. She communicates with us every step of the way. It felt so great to know our girls were taken care of!
