Alexander was so attentive to my cats! One of them had some medical needs including pills and ear drops, but it was no problem for Alexander. He spent extra time giving them cuddles and gave very reassuring updates.

This is the second time booking John to watch my kitties! He is prompt, thoughtful, and genuinely cares about the time and energy he gives to them. So grateful!

Ambar immediately bonded with my shy boys and gave them great care while I was away. Great updates and lots of lovely photos and videos - thank you!

Julianna did a great job taking care of my two cats while we were away! She sent lots of photos and provided useful updates. The cats were happy and healthy when we returned. We would absolutely work with her again in the future.

Xin was prompt and professional. She took fantastic photos of both of our cats. She managed to befriend both of them, even our older cat who is quite unfriendly. Highly recommended!

Teffni was wonderful with our new pup, especially gracious when cleaning up a few crate messes. She even sent a reminder that we could cancel some of our visits because of weather (snowed in). We used her services regularly until our pup was ready for more socialization and daycare but would definitely hire her again in the future.

This is the second time I’ve had Sharon come to check in on my cat. She is always timely, has no issues getting our key from the front desk, and follows the instructions we give her. This time, she found that my cat had thrown up and went out of her way to clean it. I am so appreciative. I highly recommend Sharon!

Carolina was amazing with our two sweet cats! She was very caring, attentive, and responsive. We were never worried about our kitties while we were away and knew Carolina was taking great care of them! She played with them so much and sent great pictures. We will definitely rebook with Carolina in the future!

Sophia was great! She arrived for the meet and greet and visit promptly and seemed to care a lot that our kitty was getting everything she needed. She communicated with us well and answered any questions we had.

Rachel was attentive, communicative, and reliable from start to finish. I appreciated that she recommended that she meet my dog before her scheduled first visit with my dog so that Pru would know who she was when she came to walk her. She was very knowledgeable and made me feel like my dog was in great hands while I was away! I would absolutely work with Rachel again.

Lingshan was excellent! We had 2 cats, and one needed extra care and medication. She was able to communicate everything to us and sometimes extra. She cleaned up as directed and went above and beyond with our garbage, package, and plants. Our most scared cat even came out and hung out with her for a bit, which never happens!

Shara was so friendly and responsive. Though we had a scheduling mishaps during the holidays, she was very open and forward to help figure it out for me and ultimately my cat.

We cannot begin to express our gratitude to Nicole for caring for our dog, Maggie! Maggie was so delighted to see Nicole for each visit. You could see it in the pictures that were sent each day! Nicole was reliable, prompt, and caring. She was thorough and communicated each day about Maggie’s schedule, meds, and routine care. Nicole even did a impromptu assessment of Maggie’s nails and helped us with this grooming need which was not the original plan. This involved gently handling her paws each visit so Maggie got used to her touching them. We appreciate her flexibility and commitment to care! We highly recommend Nicole for all of your dog’s needs!
