Sophia is excellent! She is extremely organized and send detailed information as to what is needed when you board your dog. She sends photos every day and keeps you up-to-date on your dogs activities. Rosie loves it there!

Ivan took such wonderful care of Kona. He always sent pictures and provided updates while we were out of town. We knew Kona was in excellent hands. She usually doesn't eat much when we are away from her but she is so comfortable with Ivan that she has no problem eating and being happy. We will definitely have Kona stay with Ivan again!

We had a great experience leaving our senior dog with Huan for two weeks while we were away. She sent daily photos and videos and kept us updated, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. She took him on walks, made sure he got plenty of rest, and clearly cared about his well-being. When we picked him up, he was calm, happy, and healthy. It was also nice that Huan has a small dog. They got along well and kept each other company. We would definitely trust Huan with our dog again and highly recommend her!

I hesitate to leave this review, only because Dawn is such a gem. She is caring, conscientious, and kind. We left our dog with her for a short family vacation, and she kept us informed of his activities with texts, pictures, and videos.

Xiao is excellent at communicating and took great care of my dog. My dog can be a bit challenging, but she was very patient and attentive with him. I highly recommend her to care for your pets.

James and his family were absolutely fantastic with my dog, Kai. From the start, they were welcoming, attentive, and clearly experienced with dogs. Kai looked genuinely happy and comfortable the entire time, which gave me a lot of peace of mind while I was away. James provided daily updates, which I really appreciated—it made it easy to relax knowing Kai was in great hands. It’s clear that he and his kids gave Kai plenty of attention and care. Rong was wonderful with my very anxious 5 year old dog. She agreed to a quick meet n greet a few days before the scheduled overnight stay, which helped Stevie be more relaxed when we dropped her off. Rong sent lots of pictures and updates and was great with communication. My normally scared dog looked so comfortable and happy sitting in Rongs lap and walking with her new dog friend. I would definitely book Rong again.

Wenyan is amazing! She is one of the only ones we will trust with our fur child nowadays when we need lodging! She’s super attentive and communicates with us so much, it’s like he is still with us when we are traveling!

Pluto had a great time with Leah and her family. Leah took great care of Pluto and kept us informed with daily pics and videos. I would definitely rebook her in future.

Christopher was amazing with Nola, she was so happy in all the videos and photos. Very good communicator and I felt like my dog was receiving special attention the whole time! He was fantastic!!

Tatyana was great as usual! This is our second time using her and she is now our exclusive sitter (assuming she's available!). Our dog, Archie was excited to see her and seemed to be right at home when we left. She always kept us informed of how Archie was doing and the activities they did together with pictures and texts.
