Stephanie should be a professional pet photographer. The pics she sent us were great! Our older guy also needs meds now and she did great making sure he took them since he sometimes resists. Kathleen took care of my 2 cats over the holiday weekend - immediately prior to my departure, one of my cats had started to vomit up his wet food on occasion - and so Kathleen had to do some cleanup above and beyond the call of duty - she was great about it and i came home to a clean house! Nathaly was amazing! This was our first time using Rover for our two cats so we were a little nervous. She eased our minds immediately as she was punctual and made sure to send lots of updates! She also was kind enough to scoop their poop which I know made the cats super happy. We appreciated all of the care and attentiveness she provided.
