Owen was so kind, patient and helpful while we were away. He took care of everything that we asked and went above and beyond. Thank you so much! Definitely recommend working with him.

Sara was amazing and was able to fill in during a pinch. She was responsive, flexible, and able to add more time last minute when we weren’t sure our schedule.

Rebecca took great care of my cats while I was on vacation. She visited every day and spent time with them, fed them, cared for them. I came home to happy cats.

10/10, I would absolutely book with her again! She made the entire experience seamless from start to finish. Communication was excellent, everything went smoothly, and I felt completely at ease knowing my pets were in great hands. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely recommend her to others.

Megan had great communication during the booking experience and accommodated our need to change the date of the Meet and Greet. She was very friendly and professional when she came over to meet us and Frank. She double checked and confirmed all information. She sent us pictures during her time watching Frank. She made sure to play with Frank in front of the PetCam so we could see him being cute. He was healthy and content when we returned home. We would be happy to ask Megan to watch Frank again in the future!

Adelyn took great care of our cat, Maya. After putting food and fresh water out, she was concerned that Maya hadn't come out yet (the opposite of how I'd described her normal behavior.) So, Adelyn walked around calling her name until Maya responded... from inside a closet! Can't figure out how she got stuck in there, but was so happy Adelyn made sure she found Maya before leaving!

Really grateful for Alex; he put our mind at ease during our vacation by sending us daily updates and photos. We’d definitely book him again and highly recommend him to our friends and neighbors!

Aimee was so sweet and so good with updates when it came to Echo’s stay! I’ve always had issues with receiving regular updates and photos from sitters but Aimee was very communicative. I would love to have her watch Echo again for future travel plans!

Stephanie did an amazing job taking care of Ollie again! She always gives him so much attention, playtime, and lots of love, and it gives me such peace of mind knowing he’s happy and well cared for while I’m away. This time, she went above and beyond and even did a little photo shoot with him — the pictures she took were absolutely fantastic! It was such a fun and thoughtful surprise, and I loved getting to see his personality captured in so many adorable photos. Ollie has really grown to love Stephanie, and it’s easy to see why. I’m so grateful to have someone I trust so completely with him. I would absolutely recommend her and will continue booking her whenever I need someone to care for Ollie!

Jaclyn was great with my cat, Bella. She came at all the right times, made sure she was fed and had enough water, checked her litter every day, spent time, and played with her. I got plenty of pictures reassuring me that she was well taken care of. I would definitely seek out her services should I travel again.

As always, Justine was amazing! Highly recommend booking with her. She responds fast and always is willing to work with the timeframes to find the best schedule.

Brianna was very flexible and communicative for a long stay with my very socially needy cats! We will definitely look forward to her cat sitting for us again in the future!

This was my first experience using Rover. Veronica was highly recommended and upon meeting her, she quickly put my mind to ease. Both of my cats have some anxiety and are typically M.I.A. whenever we have guests over. I gave Veronica a heads up that she likely wouldn’t see either of cats during her visits. She was more than happy to check in, feed & just be a general presence in our home, each day that we were out of town.. despite never really even seeing either cat. There were a few incidents with hairballs, vomit etc. and I felt so terrible that Veronica had to clean it up! She did so without any hesitation or complaint. She kept me up to date during each visit (even regarding the thunderstorms rolling through the area!) and sent photos. She tried every tip & trick to get our girls to come out and play, but they were just too stubborn. Veronica had locked up our home after her last visit just as we asked and when my husband and I returned after our trip, everything was exactly as we left it. I felt so comfortable with Veronica coming by to visit and look in on our cats. I would really love to find a longterm petsitter and am hoping that Veronica might possibly consider doing so again in the (near) future! I truly cannot thank you enough for all your time & care! You’ve made a lasting impression!
