Constance was wonderful! We booked her for drop-in visits to administer medication for our cat, who is on a very strict regimen. She was open to learning our process and was very attentive to our cat’s needs. She went above and beyond the administration, topping off food and water bowls, cleaning him up a bit and giving him snuggles. Getting the updates and pictures from her while we were away really gave me a lot of comfort, as I knew he was in good hands. She even left a sweet note and picture of our boy for us when we returned from a very long flight, which I appreciated so much. It was just such a nice and personal touch. Kathleen was beyond fantastic - super friendly and accommodating in every way. Her communication was great throughout, and she offered to take care of extra things for my cats that she saw might be needed as they popped up, which I really appreciated. This was my first experience using Rover, and I couldn't have asked for a better one. I'll definitely be booking with Kathleen again and 1000% recommend her to anyone looking for someone kind, responsive and responsible to help take care of your furbabies.

Molly helped me and Tigger in a very huge way by watching the for a couple of nights while l was moving. She sent pictures and have updates at least twice a day and I am very grateful for it as Tigger is not use to contact outside of my home. I will certainly look Molly's way again in the future

Second time my wife and I have used Jennifer to sit our cats while out-of-town. It was only a couple days, but a hospital stay went longer than planned so we had to add on another night and morning; she handled the booking for us and came back over to feed them and do the litter - her help make a stressful trip a bit easier. Nicolina and Patrice took such great care of our kitten and went an extra mile by bringing in our mail for us! We highly recommend them and will be booking again for sure.
