Josh is the best! He agreed to meet and get to know our pets first which took the worry away knowing he was kind thoughtful and responsible. He was flexible with the schedule and so good with our rather anxious dog. Our dog actually seems calmer was brushed and well cared for while we were away! and he is even leaving food in his bowl after Josh suggested he may need more food cause he seemed hungry and so we said ok and learned Josh was right maybe that was all it was cause now he doesn’t inhale it in 5 minutes! He also was flexible when I had a last minute thing to do and needed his services for the weekend. Can’t say enough great things really glad I tried this service and was lucky enough to get Josh!

Ashley did an amazing job taking care of my old kitty. She immediately bonded with her (had her out from her “new person” hiding place on day 1, sent great pics, spent time giving her lots of love, had my cat coming out to greet her and give her lots of rubs, and even watered my plants and cleaned up around the litter. She went the extra mile to ask thoughtful questions and kindly cleaned up my porch after a storm came through while I was away. Would highly recommend her-you can leave your fur baby and know they are in good hands!

This was our first booking with Emily and the first time we've left our crew of 3 kitties with anyone new. One of ours is a newly diagnosed diabetic with the need for 2x/daily insulin. Given that she was new to her and I was gone, our pouting sassy little girl was not exactly cooperative especially the first night, despite the terrific freindly meet and greet ahead of booking. Emily was very patient and creatively worked through things for the two days. We will definately use her again and with familiarity, my sassy clingy cat will be way easier...we hope. Nori is so great with my dog! I always come home to a happy and well taken care of dog. When I am away, I feel very relaxed that he is in such good hands. I can always count on Nori to provide the best care and extra attention!

As a first-time Rover user with a shy cat, I was nervous about having someone new check on my kitty periodically. We really lucked out with Rachel. Rachel was patient with my many questions and walked me through Rover’s process. My cat allowed Rachel to pet her and even ate her food when Rachel was around, which is huge! I will absolutely book Rachel again the next time our schedules align! I recommend Rachel whether you’re a seasoned Rover user or a novice. Rachel is someone who definitely knows what they are doing and seeks to make your pet as comfortable as possible in your absence.

Riley has been a reliable sitter for our new pup. We’ve utilized her drop in service multiple times over the last few weeks while our schedules adjust to our new fur friend. She’s very attentive to our pups needs and his schedule. We’ll definitely continue to seek her when we need a sitter.

Brian does a wonderful job with out old dog. He is kind and goes above and beyond.

Tara is the best! She gave detailed reports and handled every situation that arose. My cats were very safe and secure (and loved!) with her! It was a long term booking, and she handled every aspect of it perfectly.

Marwa is amazing and loves our Lolli as much as we do. Lolli has warmed up to her and it makes us feel great knowing that she is caring for her. We are so lucky to have her!

From the first message to our scheduled meet and greet, Mina impressed me with her friendliness, flexibility, and genuine love for cats. She arrived on time, asked great questions, and let my cats dictate the pace of their meeting - no rushing or forced interactions. By the end of just one meeting, my shy and anxious cats allowed her to come close and engage with them. I feel fully reassured and confident that Mina will take great care of them while I am traveling. Highly recommend!
