I could see how much my dogs warmed up to her. I would definitely book with Alana again. I knew my dogs were in great care while I was away.

We have extremely shy cats so we have been picky with the cat sitter and Lauren has been the only person now except for our family with whom our cats have become very friendly… they are a kind who run to hide even if they hear an unfamiliar voice in the house… Lauren has been patient with them and we have been able to go on a trip after a long time as we could trust her… she is punctual, communicative… sends lots of updates and overall a genuinely nice person that cats love…:) Highly recommend her !!

We were very pleased with Hailey's care of Simon not to mention the great job caring for the plants. She was consistent in her arrival time and followed all directions completely. Definitely would rebook.
