Dog Boarding in Pomfret

We recently had our two dogs, Trixie and Skye, stay with Tara for a week, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From the moment we dropped them off, it was clear they were in great hands. Skye, who can be a bit shy, warmed up quickly, and Trixie had a blast with the other dogs. Throughout the stay, Tara kept us updated with photos and little notes about their day, which really put our minds at ease. Both Trixie and Skye came home happy, healthy, and maybe even a little bit better behaved! We highly recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring dog sitter. We’ll definitely be booking again!

We have been using Rena for boarding for some time now. We always know our fur baby is in good hands when he is with Rena. She provides updates and sends pics to let us know how things are going. We will continue to use her for services.

The BEST sitters anyone could ask for! I had a last minute trip that was supposed to take just a few days but ended up being a week longer than i expected. They accommodated my Furbabies staying longer and were very flexible. I top of my Furbabies being cared for like they were with family I received pictures and video updates everyday. I couldn’t have asked for better sitters. I was already super stressed with leaving for a last minute trip and finding a sitter but they relieved a lot of that by just being amazing people with big hearts that truly care for your pets like their own. The family welcomed Oakley with open arms. Additionally, they were flexible with his pickup time when a matter outside of my control arose. The family also shared many videos and photos. I will continue to book with them.

Yiquixi & Nick were absolutely amazing! They watched my dogs for a full week and kept me updated the entire time with photos and messages, which gave me so much peace of mind. My dogs looked so happy and comfortable in every picture, and when they came home, they were clearly well cared for and in great spirits. You can tell they truly love animals and treat them like their own. I’m beyond grateful for their care and will definitely be using them again in the future. Highly recommend! 🐾💛

Alana is a beautiful person and bindi seemed very comfortable there. Im sure bindi loved that she can go back & forth on the deck because she loves to do that at home. Its a blessing to have things similar to what bindi is already used to.

We’re so happy we found Cadence to care for our pup! She was so sweet from the first meeting and when it came time to watch Kylo, she took such great care of him and sent us daily updates with pictures and videos. Ann and Richard are dog lovers, they took our two dogs into their family and loved on them as we would. As first time users of Rover, and the first time for our 2 dogs to be boarded away from home, we were apprehensive about their stay. Ann and Rich could not have been more understanding, and did everything to make us feel better about leaving our babies in their care. We had pictures every day, and our dogs had an absolutely wonderful time at their home. Outstanding experience in every aspect. Will be reserving again for our future travels.

Sarah was great and Levi felt right at home. Levi has met his match with Rumi and he now has a new friend with just as much energy as him! Will definitely book with Sarah again! ☺️

Roscoe enjoyed his stay. He stayed for 11 days! Thanks to the videos of Roscoe running around playing we were able to enjoy our vacation. Roscoe came home happy. Thank you Aaron and Tia for taking care of Roscoe. He will certainly be back.

Benny loved hanging out with the kids and dog friends! Chelsea-Jo and Austin were great about sending updates and pictures, we felt so much better knowing he was getting lots of love and having a great time!

Elizabeth Anne was great! She kept me updated a couple of times a day and sent multiple pictures throughout the day. She went to the store to buy more food for my dog. She did not complain when my dog had some incidents and was very understanding when I was running late to pick up my dog. I would definitely use her service again. Thank you!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Robyn is absolutely AMAZING! I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Robyn and the care she provides for my Jazzy. From the very beginning, she has been reliable, attentive, caring, and incredibly communicative. She regularly sends me updates, pictures, and videos, which gives me so much peace of mind knowing Jazzy is happy and being well cared for. During Jazzy’s second stay, I became concerned because she wasn’t peeing, Robyn notified me immediately. Robyn went above and beyond and actually took Jazzy to the vet for me. She stayed with her every step of the way, kept me updated throughout the entire visit, communicated what the vet was saying, and even offered helpful advice and support. That meant more to me than I can express. The biggest sign that Jazzy feels safe and comfortable with Robyn was the difference between her first and second stay. The first time I dropped her off, Jazzy cried, which is pretty normal for her. The second time? She walked right in and didn’t even look back at me! 😂 That told me everything I needed to know. Robyn has truly become my forever go-to person for Jazzy. Finding someone you can completely trust with your fur baby is priceless, especially when they need a little extra love and attention. I can’t THANK HER ENOUGH for the love, patience, attention, and genuine care she gives my Jazzy. Highly, highly recommend Robyn!

Kimberly took great care of my dog Max. She went out of her way to ensure that he was comfortable and that she knew all there was to know about him. She even fed him snacks (bread and carrots) and gave him car rides which are two of his most favorite things to do! Max will be seeing her again soon, and I would definitely recommend booking Kimberly to take care of your pet too.
