Riley is amazing!! Being a new pup owner can be overwhelming, especially when you are looking for just the right person to care for them when you can’t be there. Riley is so good with our Rome and attentive to our routines for him. I’ve booked her twice already and will continue to do so when our fur baby needs a sitter. Excellent communication. Warm personality. Clear affection for the four legged folks. Emma attended to my two feline housemates with home visits over an approximate two week period. From the observations in the reports, she clearly took time to get to know what are two different personalities, one rather forward and affectionate, the other much more reserved but ultimately also affectionate. She correctly described certain of the behaviors and personality quirks of both. I am confident that the fundamentals of feeding and litter clearing were attended to as well. Nala, Abe, and I recommend Emma without reservation.

Jason was fantastic with our dog while we were gone. We were a little nervous since this was the first time we had left someone unknown with our dog and our dog can be a little “weird” in general when we leave him. However, he came downstairs every time Jason came without a problem. We got updates every time Jason came to the house which included pictures. He also independently initiated bringing in our packages and asking if we would like him to take our garbage to the curb. This was a great first experience using Rover and Jason and we will definitely be using him again in the future. Thanks again for everything!

Aye has been absolutely wonderful taking care of our cats for us! She goes above and beyond to ensure they are happy, healthy and safe while we are away. She is excellent about communication and overall care towards whatever our fur babies need. Highly recommend!

Maria did an amazing job with my two very shy indoor cats. She made sure they were well fed, water replenished, and boxes maintained. Maria took time to try to connect with my cats and play with them during each visit. She also fed my pond fish! Maria has her own feline and seems to easily relate to the quirks of my cats. I appreciate Maria responding to my Rover request in such a timely manner. (I was truly in a pickle as my planned sitter broke her arm.) I don’t go away often, but I know who to contact in the future when I do. Thanks so much Maria!

Michael always does an excellent job taking care of the dogs and making sure everything is in order back at the house.

Mink warmed up to Casie quickly, which is unusual for her. Casie was thorough and a good communicator. I appreciated her taking time to give lots of love to Mink, even on shorter visits. She also was flexible with me while I was unsure about my return schedule. This is my second booking and I would book her again.
