I’ve used Rover sitters several times and I must say my experience with Yiqiuxi and Nick was one of the best. They were very professional and attentive. My Belle stay 6 nights and enjoyed every day of her stay. She had a ball playing in the huge backyard and even meet a friend. I received daily updates with pictures and cute comments! Erwin and his wife are the best! They handle our big untrained Rotty with patience and care. We appreciate them so much! Requested a last minute boarding and Erwin said yes with no hesitation. We are returning customers and will always use Erwin and his wife! They are the best and treat us like family! PS they give great free baths!

We always leave Milo with Rebeca and Roman, they’re like Milo’s second family now. He always gets so excited to see them and shakes his little butt. We were so happy to have found Lilian. Nola is very timid and shy but did really well with her and her dogs. Lilian kept us very up to date and sent pics and videos. I know Nola is missing her new friends and we will def use Lilian again when needed.

Elizabeth was amazing with Riley both for day care stay and overnight boarding! She kept us super informed with cute photos and videos and kept our pup happy and healthy during his stay. She was flexible with last minute booking and Riley can’t wait to hang out with her again!

Booked with Leslie last minute and she was able to take Fitz. I was so glad she is able to accommodate and even found her awesomeness with her care for Fitz. She was able to turn an anxious dog to a sociable one. She’s sends daily updates and quick responses. Will definitely send Fitz her way even just on days he needs socialization.

Superb! Professional! Caring! Kind! All of these words describe the service Ada provided! In an age where superb customer service service is lacking, I must highlight it well when I experience it! Ada sent pictures each day and my Nikki (my poodle) was so happy when she came home. Normally, Nikki experiences separation anxiety and is jittery when we pick her up. Today she was so calm and relaxed . It was a noticeable difference and that’s due to Ada! Thank you Ada! See you on Dec 30th😀
