Kathleen was beyond fantastic - super friendly and accommodating in every way. Her communication was great throughout, and she offered to take care of extra things for my cats that she saw might be needed as they popped up, which I really appreciated. This was my first experience using Rover, and I couldn't have asked for a better one. I'll definitely be booking with Kathleen again and 1000% recommend her to anyone looking for someone kind, responsive and responsible to help take care of your furbabies.

I was impressed with her punctuality and reliability, and how she quickly leaned how to care for a cat with diabetes. During each visit, she provided solid, informative feedback. We had the absolute pleasure of booking Mrs. Joyce through the Rover app for a full week while we were out of town, and she completely exceeded our expectations! Knowing Cato was in such loving and attentive hands gave us such peace of mind while we were away. Her daily reports made us feel connected and reassured, and Cato looked so calm and content in every photo....which says everything about the kind of environment she creates. Marissa was amazing! she took very good care of my two young kittens and went above and beyond what we asked of her. she was always timely & communicative and easy to reach when needed. I loved all of the photos she sent each visit! it is so wonderful to be able to travel knowing your babies are in good hands. I would definitely recommend Marissa if you’re in need of a pet sitter!

Ayanna was amazing with my old neurotic rescue dog. She had great chill energy so that Clementine seemed relaxed from the start and did much better than she has with other sitters.
