Lingshan was excellent! We had 2 cats, and one needed extra care and medication. She was able to communicate everything to us and sometimes extra. She cleaned up as directed and went above and beyond with our garbage, package, and plants. Our most scared cat even came out and hung out with her for a bit, which never happens!

It was our first time having Xin take care of our cat while we were away! She was super attentive and very communicative. she sent us many pictures after her visit and made sure she was taken care of. Our cat seems to have warmed up to her pretty quickly too and she can be a picky cat!

Very caring and left detailed notes about visits. Even our usually very shy cat warmed up to him immediately! Has a way with animals.

Jess did a great job looking after Scout. She updated me frequently and knew exactly how to interact with my shy but affectionate cat! I will definitely use her again.

Alice was very responsive to our messages, and she took very good care of Morty and Bokki for the two days that they were there. She had a secure side room for the cats, which was fortunate, since my cats were so shy around Alice’s cats.

Sophia is an excellent pet sitter. Kept us informed about our kitties the whole time. We were able to enjoy our three week vacation due to her diligent care. They were healthy, happy, and overjoyed to see us on return. Thank you for helping us Sophia.

Carolina was amazing with my cats! She sent lots of photos every day and provided really thoughtful updates. I’ll definitely be using her again next time we’re out of town.

This is the second time I’ve had Sharon come to check in on my cat. She is always timely, has no issues getting our key from the front desk, and follows the instructions we give her. This time, she found that my cat had thrown up and went out of her way to clean it. I am so appreciative. I highly recommend Sharon!

Julianna was great with Amber and very communicative! She updated me daily and made sure to give her lots of treats and playtime. This was my first time using Rover, and I'm so glad we worked with her!
