I felt so comfortable leaving my cat knowing Lingshan would be visiting him and taking care of him. I would definitely ask Lingshan to take care of my cat again!

Sharon was very thorough and communicative. One of my cats needs meds at a certain time every day and she was right on time each day she was watching them. I will definitely work with her again!

I needed a cat sitter on short notice and found Alice. I never used Rover before so it was a bit daunting to ask someone I never met to take care of our cat Pinky. However I sensed I could trust Alice 100% from the moment I spoke to her. She is very friendly, helpful and professional. She owns cats herself so she knew exactly what was needed. She provided picture and detailed updates while we were away. Pinky absolutely adored Alice and I didn’t worry about Pinky while I was away. I knew she was in great hands. I highly recommend Alice and would definitely book her again!

Julianna did a great job keeping us informed of how our kitty was doing during our five days away from home, always sending pictures and giving us updates on how the kitty was handling our absence. We recommend her highly.

Jana was my first experience with a rover sitter and I could not be more happy about it! She was really communicative about everything. She made a checklist for everything she needed to do for each visit and was really prepared. She also sent photo updates of my kitties and let me know every time she was with them. Jana also went above and beyond and made the kittens a toy for them to enjoy (so sweet!!) which really shows how much she cared about my kitties [and animals in general!] She took time to play with them and give them attention :) Jana made me feel so much better about having left my cats alone for a few days and I would book her again and I definitely recommend her services!

Xin was an amazing sitter for my cat drop-in visits. She is very warm, helpful, and clearly experienced with animals. She knows how to interact with cats in a gentle and respectful way, making them feel comfortable and safe. My cat Tomo is very shy, but she was able to build a connection with her in a very short time. Xin’s professionalism and genuine care truly stood out, and I felt completely at ease knowing my cat was in good hands.

Francis did a wonderful job with my cat Kia. This cat is very shy and does not trust new people…by the third day she was coming out of her hiding place and allowing Frances to pet her. I was gone for 9 days and Kia acted like I had never left.. I strongly recommend Frances as a pet sitter.

This is our second time using Mark and he is just fantastic! Our two cats are very comfortable with him and he gives great updates with lots of photos, always willing to go the extra mile without even asking, and just a really kind and reliable person overall. We look forward to continuing to use him in the future!

As always Teffni is an amazing pet sitter, all three of our cats love her and we know she truly understands their individual quirks and needs. We loved receiving her updates and photos—it gave us total peace of mind while we were away. Once again, we came home to three relaxed, happy, and well-cared-for boys.
