House Sitting in Silver Spring

Very happy with Molly. First time in six years we left our dog Rufus (who has tremendous separation anxiety) with a sitter. He is in fine shape and better for the experience. House is in the same shape as we left it. Very happy with Molly and will use her again if she is available.

Gabby was EXCELLENT. She implemented every instruction and was able to think ahead for some challenges we had with our dog. He loved his time with her and she did an amazing job communicating with us. She definitely set our minds and hearts at ease while we were away for our vacation.

Jordan was extremely helpful in taking care of our kitties while we were away for the weekend. She provided detailed updates and photos, and was clearly so happy to watch our girls. Will definitely be booking again in the future

Ahniya was amazing! We had to find a sitter last minute and we got SUPER lucky to find her! She stayed at our apartment with our two small dogs. Ahniya sent tons of pictures and updates and we just knew our dogs were being so loved and taken care of. She’s kind and trustworthy, just the best person I could ever imagine to take care of our dogs. 10/10 would recommend for your pets care. Thank you so much Ahniya!!! Laura was fantastic! She cared for my large and excitable GSD puppy while I was out of town for four (!) days without a hitch. She's trustworthy, good with animals, and very sweet. Go book her!!!

Jared house sat for me and watched my senior dog for about a week and a half. My pup enjoyed his company and even slept with him in the bed (which we allow in this house). Jared even went out of his way to refill the treats once they ran out! He was communicative, responsive, and shared photos and updates daily.

Mari stayed at my house with my cat for close to 10 days. She sent daily updates and questions that showed she was taking care of him really well, and my house was spotless when I returned. She even washed all the bedding and towels and remade the bed. My cat keeps wandering toward the door and I swear it must be because he misses Mari. Thanks so much, Mari - really appreciate you and Jericho sends all his love!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Monica watching our dog for a week in our home. She was incredibly communicative and friendly, and our dog warmed up to her almost immediately. She spent lots of time with her, sent daily updates and photos, and made sure she was happy and comfortable the entire time. She was also a respectful and helpful housesitter, leaving our home tidy and well cared for. We will enthusiastically book with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy, caring petsitter

Rachel housesit and took care of our two young cats for the weekend. It was a short time, but Rachel was terrific. She was great at communication, took lots of cute pictures of the cats, and went the extra mile to do some household chores and clean up. The cats are in great shape. We hope to use her services again!

Absolutely the best sitter you will ever find 💗 We’re moving out of the area and I wish we could bring Christina with us. She is so kind and conscientious and truly became like a friend to us. She cares for our 2 dogs like they are here own, as well as our house. I never felt more at ease leaving them than I did with her. You will never find anyone better than Christina!

Chinyere was great. She walked and fed Penni on time. Lots of pictures were sent for general updates without prompting. Overall a great experience and I will be booking her again!

Karachi did a live-in stay with our elderly chihuahua for 9 days while we visited our daughter abroad. I cannot say enough about her compassionate and fun interaction with our dog, her excellent communication with us throughout our trip (even when we had problems with the Rover app), and her respectful treatment of our home. What a wonderful feeling to come home from a very long day of air travel to find a happy little dog and everything in perfect order! I highly recommend Karachi O for any pet/home stay needs.
