Jana was my first experience with a rover sitter and I could not be more happy about it! She was really communicative about everything. She made a checklist for everything she needed to do for each visit and was really prepared. She also sent photo updates of my kitties and let me know every time she was with them. Jana also went above and beyond and made the kittens a toy for them to enjoy (so sweet!!) which really shows how much she cared about my kitties [and animals in general!] She took time to play with them and give them attention :) Jana made me feel so much better about having left my cats alone for a few days and I would book her again and I definitely recommend her services!

Teffni was great — communicative, extremely prompt, friendly, punctual, and took great care of my five cats. I really appreciated the pictures she sent me and that she immediately responded when I asked about one cat who wasn’t pictured (she was napping). Ambar was amazing.m doing drop-in visits with out cat. Our cat is pretty wary of strangers, but Ambar played with her until she was m willing to accept pets and took wonderful care of her throughout. We got daily reports on how she was doing and lots of pictures and videos. If we need drop-in pet care again, Ambar will be our first call!

Felisa was a complete delight—attentive and so wonderful with our cats. We will absolutely book with her again.

Drew was great with our kitties! They were happy and well cared for. Drew was always excellent with communication, and he even went above and beyond in care by making sure everything was very clean in the process (without needing to even be asked). We are very happy with the service he provided and we will definitely book again in the future!

Carolina is amazing! She was able to stop by and check-in on our cats on Christmas Eve. She made sure all of our cats were taken care of and comfortable and was quick in providing us updates. I highly recommend her to any pet parent!
