Great with the cats!

Our first time using Rover, and Catherine was fantastic! We recently moved to a new neighborhood and had to leave our cat (Zucchini) while on vacation, and Catherine made it seamless. She sent regular updates, was very personable and flexible, and I felt reassured that Zucchini was in great hands and getting some TLC while we were away. She even went out of her way to bring in some heavy packages left outside the house. Would rebook and absolutely recommend!

Ambar did an excellent job taking care of Josie. In addition to making sure she had food and water, she played with her and spent time with her. We really appreciate the detailed updates she provided so we knew Josie was doing well while we were away. It gave us such peace of mind to know Ambar was taking care of Josie. We definitely recommend her!

Ilana was wonderful to work with! She dropped in to care for our cat Loki while we were out of town and she took great care of him. She’s super responsive and communicative. We would definitely recommend her services if you are looking for someone reliable to care for your pets!

Carolina was amazing with our two sweet cats! She was very caring, attentive, and responsive. We were never worried about our kitties while we were away and knew Carolina was taking great care of them! She played with them so much and sent great pictures. We will definitely rebook with Carolina in the future!

Cindy is fantastic!! She was able to assist by buying food and setting up a feeder for my outdoor cat with very short notice. She was easy to communicate with and was a pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend Cindy to anyone who is needing help with their pets. 10/10!

Karen was excellent! Highly recommend. She dropped in to care for my dog during the workday over the course of two weeks while my husband was away on a trip. My dog adored Karen. She was very responsive and took excellent care of him. I would definitely rebook with Karen.

Minh did a really great job checking in on my two dogs over a weekend, including administering one of them his insulin shots.

Nicole cared for my 2 cats while I was away. It was the first time in many years that I’d traveled without them, and Nicole was patient with all of us. She arrived on time, sent pictures, and answered my questions quickly about if they were eating, etc. We have some finicky old doors that can be tricky to open/lock, but Nicole managed everything perfectly. I will choose her again!

Besides taking fantastic care of my dog, Juna has been consistently flexible and accommodating. When I had a last-minute house-sitting cancellation with a different Rover sitter, I reached out to Juna to see if she could help. Juna was already booked with another client during the weekend - no surprise given how great Juna has been as my daily dog walker - but she found time for two drop ins on top of that! My hound mix wished I could have found someone else at the last minute to stay with her overnight, but she was delighted to see Juna a few more days in a row than usual. I continue to highly recommend Juna for any Rover service, and my dog would certainly agree!

Rebecca rocks! She went above and beyond for our 3 pups. She provided through daily feedback and even bought balls for our 3 wild guys! Can’t recommend Rebecca enough!

Tsaitami was absolutely amazing with my two cats while I was away! My cats are very sweet and engaging, but definitely take some time to warm up to new people, but Tsaitami had them loving her absolutely right away! She clearly is exceptional with animals and loves them as much as they love her. I was so nervous leaving my girls, but seeing how happy they were with Tsaitami brought me so much peace and comfort. I will 100% be re-booking Tsaitami for future trips and highly recommend anyone else looking for a pet sitter to do the same! She is thoughtful, communicative, and sent so many photos and updates so that I had complete peace of mind. Thank you again, Tsaitami, you are the best and my girls miss you already!
