Heather is really great and our two cats liked her a lot when she met them too. She gave us daily updates and pictures to let us know that they were doing just fine.

Erica did a fantastic job watching our cat while we were away. She gave daily updates, lots of pictures, and we are already trying to book her for our next vacation. Highly recommend!

This was our first time using a service like this and we are so happy!! Kathleen was excellent. She made time ahead of our trip to come meet our pup and get the lay of the land. She checked in on time and made our girl feel so loved. Our dog never eats when we are away - so the fact she ate each time w/ Kathleen made our time away that much less stressful. She was respectful of our home and it was a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend Kathleen and we will absolutely use her again.

It feels great knowing that I have someone I trust taking care of my dog while I am at work. Sam has always been incredibly prompt and reliable and my lab mix got along with him great from the start. He is also able to handle my large pup's pulling on long walks which is a plus. Would definitely recommend!

I truly can't speak highly enough of the experience I had with Lexie today. My dog has very bad separation anxiety and was not settling enough for me to go to work, and I contacted her with like less than two hours until I needed her to drop-in, and she was so prompt in responding. She handled my dog with so much care, and was extremely communicative and was so so sweet! She sent a bunch of pictures and was giving me updates throughout her time with him, it made me feel so much better. She also followed all of my instructions for handling him thoroughly. The sheer relief I felt knowing my puppy was being taken care of and was not alone to freak out all day was beyond words, and I cannot thank her enough for her help today and on such short notice!!

Megan was amazing! Coco is a very cautious dog, so she took the extra time to get to know her before a family trip and that made a world of difference to us knowing that we didnt have to worry about coco being too anxious while we were gone. On top of that, coco started having tummy troubles while we were gone, and Megan made sure to be super attentive and communicated through the whole trip to make sure we were as up to date as possible. Ifbi could rate her more than 5 stars I would!

Our two cats looked happy and well cared for during our two week trip from all of the photos Nicole uploaded for us. We would book with her again!

Ana always does a really great job caring for my dogs even when the weather is bad and their pee pads need to be changed. She gives daily updates and photos and they are super happy to see her. I came home and my apartment was clean and the dogs looked great. I would definitely recommend Ana

Jun helped look after my three cats over the Thanksgiving holiday and everything went smoothly. I appreciated the reliable daily drop-ins and the photo updates while I was away. It was reassuring to know everyone was being checked on. My cats can be a handful, so I’m glad they were able to keep an eye on things and make sure everyone was fed and doing okay. Ziair does a great job with our Bernese! Our dog loves her, and she always communicative and provides detailed updates and pictures. We never have to worry about our dog's care when Ziair is taking care of her.
