Katie made us feel at ease from the very beginning. She was very detail-oriented and organized with the initial booking, scheduling, and getting up to speed with Ned's care intructions. Veronica has a gift with animals, during our meet and greet my shy little puppy approached her and licked her hand. When Nikki, our puppy, came home from her day of pet sitting, she was in good spirits and we knew that she had a really good day! She is one year and six months old and is not accustomed to time away from us, so this was a miracle!
