Chloe was wonderful. Regular updates with photos and messages kept me informed and comfortable knowing Ollie was happy and well-looked after. She engaged him in his favorite activities and spoiled him in my absence with love. Highly recommend!

Leo is a consummate professional. He showed up for our pre-care meet and greet promptly and listened to all of our instructions and anxieties. During our 12-day trip, he showed up on time and provided excellent care to our cat. He sent a message with each visit telling us how our cat was doing and included multiple photos with each update. We would be thrilled to book Leo again the next time we need someone to drop in on our feline friend.

Stephanie did a great job of checking in on my cat while I was out of town for several days. She provided regular updates and photos that assured my cat was being well taken care of. I'd definitely recommend and rebook the next time I need a cat sitter!

Words cannot adequately describe the level of care that Olivia gave to our fur baby Nala. Olivia updated us via text and photos each visit and when an incident that was not her fault occurred she reached out to a vet and treated our dog according to the vet's guidance. I cannot believe we got so lucky first time using Rover! We hope to stay connected to Olivia because she's not just a stellar dog sitter she's a great person!

Jacobet met our dog Oliver today and it was love at first sight. She really knew how to deal with him. He can be a bit reactive but the reaction today was just amazing. What a relief to know he'll be with someone he trusts - and adores!

I can’t express enough gratitude for the outstanding care Erin provided for my dogs. There was a mix-up with the address, and I accidentally gave them the wrong location. Instead of canceling or getting frustrated, Erin went above and beyond to ensure my dogs were taken care of. They willingly went to the correct address after I provided it and still made sure my pets were happy, comfortable, and well looked after. Their dedication and flexibility were truly impressive, and my dogs were in the best hands.
