Jennifer was super responsive before and after we officially booked which I greatly appreciated. Both my dogs are Shiba Inu’s which can be difficult, but she was able to handle their personalities really well. She provided a thorough report afterwards as well as very cute photos throughout their drop-in stay.

Second booking for good reason. My notoriously standoffish cat who will not let some people who have known her for years pet her—let Catherine pet her. Catherine took great care of my cat!

Brittany was fantastic! We requested daily drop-ins to take care of our two cats and she was very communicative and asked questions prior to the booking. She was also very punctual on when she would drop in. Overall my cats seemed to like her and I’ll definitely be reaching out again.

We cannot begin to express our gratitude to Nicole for caring for our dog, Maggie! Maggie was so delighted to see Nicole for each visit. You could see it in the pictures that were sent each day! Nicole was reliable, prompt, and caring. She was thorough and communicated each day about Maggie’s schedule, meds, and routine care. Nicole even did a impromptu assessment of Maggie’s nails and helped us with this grooming need which was not the original plan. This involved gently handling her paws each visit so Maggie got used to her touching them. We appreciate her flexibility and commitment to care!
