I’ve hired Catherine 3 times now. She’s reliable and kind and has been able to accommodate last minute bookings! She also gives my diabetic cat insulin!

This was our first time using Rover, and Candice was a fantastic cat sitter. She was always on time for the visits and provided a very detailed summary and lots of pictures for each visit. Our one cat seemed to like her a lot, because he followed her around and allowed her to pet him and not get freaked out with a stranger in the house. Our skittish cat seemed to like her also. We will be definitely be using her in the future.

Samantha is a thoughtful and reliable sitter who is always kind to us and our fur babies. I seek her out to watch our cats when we need help. I highly recommend her services!

This was my first time using this app and also first time leaving my cat for longer than a day, so I was slightly uncertain about the whole process. But Dee Dee was wonderful in taking care of her. She followed every instruction carefully, very timely, thorough, and kept us updated every day (with great pictures, I will be saving them!). So, would definitely recommend!

Repeat customer! Stephanie is the absolute best cat-sitter we’ve ever had. Not only did she take wonderful care of our kitties over the holidays, but she also stopped by extra times to help out with a cold-temp HVAC issue we were having while out of town. Above and beyond doesn’t even cover it!

Absolutely THRILLED with the excellent care given to our orange tabby by Eva over the Thanksgiving holiday. We found Eva via Rover and were especially drawn to her because of her profile photo with her own kitty. (Seems that most Rover caregivers are focused on dogs. Eva takes care of dogs, too!) We had a meet and greet with Eva along with a second advance meeting to turn over the key. In both pre-visits, Eva was punctual and professional, as well as warm and personable. She is also conscientious and respectful. For example, although we didn't ask her to do so, she removed her shoes at the front door. She was careful approaching our cat, allowing him to meet her on his terms. Eva took all of our instructions and asked great questions so we were all on the same page. She even asked for a sweeper to clean up the kitty litter. In addition, we asked Eva to bring in our mail and newspapers. She left the papers carefully by the door and the mail in a neat pile on the counter. She had washed the bowls and utensils and everything was so tidy when we returned. We had great communication with Eva during the visit, and we really like Rover's check-in/check-out procedures and photos. All of this is to give Eva high praise and big thanks and kudos for exceptional service. We would hire Eva again without hesitation. She is terrific!

I cannot thank Nicole enough. Not only does she take great care with our cat Jasper - who is very upset at being left, but she notified us and handled a house emergency until we returned home. We were calmer and enjoyed our away time more knowing that she was watching over Jasper.

Gabriela has now cared for both our dog and cat and has done a great job! She is friendly and always super easy to work with. I would trust her with my babies any day!

Dymond took absolutely fantastic care of Justin. She is thorough, asks great questions, and you can tell she genuinely cares. I received a detailed Rover Card each day with the cutest pics, which put my mind at ease while leaving my kitty at home for a week. We will be rebooking the next time we are away and cannot recommend Dymond enough!

Conor was great with my cat, Lola. He was attentive and kind! We were lucky to have him take care of Lola while we were on vacation! I would recommend Conor!!

Julia was great - she is very responsive and detail-orientated. The cats knocked over a photo frame during our trip and she cleaned up the glass for us because she knew it would be a hazard for their little paws. Great cat sitter, definitely plan to hire Julia again!
