This was my first time procuring Jacqueline’s services and she did an excellent job. At our meet and greet she made sure to understand my pet’s schedule, preferences, and asked great questions. While I was away on travel she provided daily updates along with pictures. Highly recommend Jacqueline!

Lucia is obviously an animal lover. She visited Mac a few times before we left so he would get to know her. He’s very shy but eventually came out and sat on the couch, a big step for him. My home was in perfect condition when we returned. My mind was at ease the whole time we were away.

Malia did a great job taking care of our 3 cats. We had some obnoxiously complicated instructions because one of the kitties has some special needs. I so appreciate the extra effort and great communication. Thanks so much, Malia!

Kasey was absolutely wonderful with our cats! This was a follow-up booking and once again she exceeded our expectations. She’s reliable, communicative, and genuinely cares about our pets. We came home to happy, relaxed cats and a clean, well-kept home. It’s such a relief knowing we can travel and fully trust that our cats are in great hands. Kelly is nothing short of fantastic. Being a first time Rover user, and never even previously leaving a pet outside the care of a trusted immediate family member, I was a bit nervous. Kelly took extra time to provide an overview of what the process looks like, expectations, and plenty of reassurance. During my time away, Kelly lovingly cared for my shy little furball, sharing photos and text updates -- it was almost like I was there myself. She was respectful of my home and property, leaving everything in the same or better condition than how it was initially left. Kelly was so attentive and gentle that Luna (who hides from everyone!) actually showed interest in sharing play time. I look forward to working with Kelly much more in the coming years. I wholeheartedly recommend

I was so lucky to find Alyssa! She’s extremely reliable and very thorough in her care of my cat. He warmed up to her immediately and usually he’s very shy. She’s very intuitive and gentle with him and ensures his food and water are replenished and his litter is clean. I highly recommend her services and look forward to working with her again!

Amber was amazing with my cat Pepper while I was away, she sent photos of him to ensure he was ok and went above and beyond when my stay was extended and I had to add an extra day. I would highly recommend her to all pet parents looking for a pet sitter!

Samantha was wonderful! I had such peace of mind knowing my diabetic cats were being cared for by someone with her level of knowledge and experience. Plus, she managed to befriend my one cat who usually hides from strangers. That was huge. Will definitely book Sam again!
