Michelle was an amazing caretaker! We had to be away from home for a long time, and she visited our two cats everyday! I don't know what we would do if not for her care. She was on time every visit, very good with the cats and her reports and pictures! She was also great to deal with any other issues that emerged over our long absence, couldn't recommend her more! Jackie is everything the stellar reviews say about her…and more! She took wonderful care of our brat cat and kept us updated with great daily notes and photos. We had an issue with our Wi-Fi while we were away, which affected our alarm and timed lights. She went above and beyond to help us resolve that issue. She was kind and accommodating. We look forward to booking with her again for our next trip!

Ashley does a great job of taking care of our senior cats. She does well with communicating with us when things pop up. She sends thorough reports with plenty of pictures of our cats. We have used her services before and both times her services have been great!

Kathleen took care of my 2 cats over the holiday weekend - immediately prior to my departure, one of my cats had started to vomit up his wet food on occasion - and so Kathleen had to do some cleanup above and beyond the call of duty - she was great about it and i came home to a clean house! Brian really came through for us at the last minute!
