Curtis and Lindsay were amazing. They offered a meet and greet before our first stay. They were flexible, reassuring and sent lots of pictures. Highly recommend.

Samantha was fantastic with our dog, Fern! She was communicative throughout the stay and sent regular updates and photos, which gave us great peace of mind while we were away. She was also very flexible with both drop-off and pickup times, making the entire experience easy and stress-free. Fern came home happy and well cared for, and it was clear she received lots of attention during her stay. We had a great overall experience and would absolutely book with Samantha again. Highly recommend!

Poh was amazing. I’ve used 3 other sitters through Rover and she was by far the best one. She has experience with dogs which made me very comfortable leaving my pup with her for 10 days. Very professional and responsive. Poh is dedicated to caring for the dogs in her care. I will definitely be using her again!

As a first-time user of Rover, I found myself in an unexpected and heartbreaking situation due to the sudden passing of a loved one. I needed a safe and caring place for our pet, especially since we were traveling from Pennsylvania to attend the funeral, which was in another state, Maryland. Leaving my dog in a hotel felt daunting, but Ken and Tyler were incredibly compassionate and understanding. They went above and beyond to ensure that our pet felt secure and cared for during such a difficult time. I truly appreciated their kindness and support. Highly recommend.

Jason and his family definitely know how to make a pup feel part of the family. He is an excellent communicator - we received pictures and updates throughout the day. His home and yard are very spacious with lots of room for dog romping and exploring. Grateful to have found him for our Ruby Blue’s home away from home.

Chloe had a wonderful time with Marylee and family. The pictures, video, and updates were greatly appreciated to reassure me re: Chloe’s adjustment. She loved the backyard and sunshine, as well as, all the cuddles/snuggles. In her farewell she excitedly introduced Marylee to her extended family that came along to pick her up.. We booked last minute for our senior dog. Piero and his family were quick to respond and reassuring about our dig’s personality and needs. We enjoyed the regular photos and our dog felt right at home. We will definitely be using them again!
