House Sitting in Bailey Island

We couldn’t have asked for a better dog sitter. She went far beyond basic care and truly treated our dogs like her own. When we returned, they were calm, relaxed, and clearly well loved—something that speaks volumes. Not only were our dogs exceptionally cared for, but our home was left absolutely meticulous. The level of attention, thoughtfulness, and genuine care she provided is something we’ve never experienced before. It’s clear that she truly loves what she does, and that caring for animals is more than just a job to her. Words honestly don’t do justice to the difference she made. We are so grateful and would trust her again without hesitation.

Kourtney was a great fit for us. Quick to respond, great with our young and very active pup, sent lots of fun updates, and took great care of our house! We will definitely use them again in the future. I highly recommend this dog sitter and will recommend to my friends as well!

Maricela goes above and beyond for my 4 cats. She even stayed an extra day because of my plane not landing on time. She followed all my directions. Love her!

John did a great job watching our animals while we were away on vacation. He came to meet them and get instructions ahead of time and checked in with us daily during the stay. They were both very happy and healthy on our return! Would definitely book John again.

Britt was amazing house sitting for our cavapoo puppy. She was very responsive and reassured us completely on our first trip after getting our pup. Our puppy is shy around other humans and warmed up to Britt so quickly. Would recommend her to anyone looks for house sitting or dog walking!

Avery was wonderful he stayed in touch with me the whole time we were gone. Very responsible and took good care of the house. I would definitely recommend him to take care of the dogs again

Katie is just all around perfect - easy to communicate with, on time, wonderful with my dogs, and even stayed late on short notice! She is a very warm and fun person who is also trustworthy and confident.

Heather was excellent house sitting with our cat when we went away for a few days. We got regular updates, and it was clear that he warmed up to her quickly. She left our house neat and tidy. We will definitely ask Heather when we need a cat sitter in the future!

Phenomenal!! Grateful we found Rachael to sit our two pups in our home. Henry and Acadia are 11 years old and this is our first time using Rover.com - Rachael gave us the comfort of knowing the pups were loved and well cared for, which made our trip that much more relaxing. Our first night back home Acadia would not go to her usual spot in the house to sleep - we found her sitting outside the bedroom that Rachael used looking at the empty room/bed. Where is Rachael?? - We knew that Acadia missed her.

Dan was so, so communicative and so easy to work with. It was our first time using Rover (or a house/dog sitter) and we can't be happier with the outcome. He was so kind with our two labs, and was consistent with updates through the three nights we were away. Will definitely be reaching out for care in the future!

Can't recommend Katie enough! She was able stay over a week in our apartment with our medium sized / middle aged dog Charlie. She was great about sending status updates and pictures and we felt so at ease knowing our precious angel was in good hands (and we are crazy dog parents 😂). When we arrived home our apartment was clean and tidy! Professional and great communication, thank you so much Katie!

So thankful for our newfound dog sitter! A friend recommended Rover and we are so glad we discovered the site. She was prompt, professional and calm. One of our dogs met her match with a porcupine and our sitter took her to the vet and made sure she was ok. Our house was exactly how we left. She did a tremendous job and we highly recommend her!

Stephanie and her husband took good care of our pup while we were out of town. I appreciated the daily photos. Came home to a calm and rested doggie!

Lauren did an amazing job staying with our anxious pup while we were out of town for the weekend. Her communication is great and she took the time to make our dog feel comfortable and safe while we were gone. We even got some pictures of our goofy girl which helped relieve our worries on how she was doing in a new situation. Lauren followed our instructions to a T and left our home in an even better condition than we had left it. We will definitely be using Lauren again. :)
