Shana was a true professional from start to finish. This was my first time using Rover and I wasn’t sure what to expect but she guided me through the process with warmth and patience. She has a clear understanding that each dog is different used that wisdom to ensure our dog Violet had a great introduction to her home and family and a positive experience overall. It was a last minute request and she really saved us! Would definitely call on her again.

Our dog, Zoe, was happy and tired when we picked her up. We were in the car for about an hour, and the only noise out of Zoe was a little snoring. Diamond sent photos of her daughter and Zoe playing and walking her to school. We are sure that when we stop in Portsmouth again, Diamond will be the first phone call. Thanks, Diamond.

Leaving your pup behind can be ruff, but with Nicholas we had total peace of mind. He’s trustworthy, responsible, and has a heart as big as a Great Pyrenees! Bob and his wife are wonderful with Maisie! They understand that she needs some extra cuddles in my absence. I can tell by the photos Bob sends that Maisie feels comfortable with them and is able to relax. I have great confidence that she is well cared for at Bob's and so I have peace of mind.

When I was invited on a trip overseas, I needed to find care for my girl, Hazel. I was very concerned about boarding her as we had never been separated, even for a day. She's also quite anxious and occasionally reactive, so I needed just the right situation for both of us to be at ease while I was gone. I found just the right fit with Tiffany and her family. Hazel was immediately at ease and comfortable in their home, I could not have felt more at ease and comfortable myself. Roxy had a great stay. She returned home after 5 days relaxed and in good spirits. Eric kept us updated with great photos. We won’t hesitate to book again when we are in town.

Katie gave our cats excellent care while we were away and was very accommodating with some last minute change in plans. We appreciated the pictures she sent everyday which helped us feel at ease that we could see them every night. Communication was excellent with any questions or concerns. Felicia was awesome with Oliver! She watched him for a week at her place and took such good care of him. She kept me updated, was super easy to talk to, and really went out of her way to be accommodating. I could tell he was happy and comfortable with her the whole time. Definitely would have her watch him again!

My dog Izzy had a spectacular time with Sylwia, Doug and their dog River! I felt completely at ease knowing that she was loved, protected and safe with them. I highly recommend them for overnight boarding!!!

Julie and her family were so great with my dog. They went above and beyond to make his stay special, and even stocked up on some of his favorite treats! I got photos and updates of both adventures and down time throughout his stay, and when we picked him up he was so calm and happy. We are beyond thrilled with his experience and will definitely be booking with Julie again!

Choosing Kristen for the first time weekend vacationer w/o my pup was so WONDERFUL, I was able to relax and know that my Ellie was being well taken care of and making new friends while I enjoyed a weekend out of town. Kristen's Home was warm and cozy, the energy was quite calming and relaxing and her pups were great with Ellie =) thanks again Kristen!

This was our first time using Rover and my rescue pup’s first time being cared for overnight. Karen has been fantastic to work with. Wylan went for visits to get to know her before we had our trip, and it worked so well! Will definitely be staying with her again!

Caitlin and her family provided great care for Frida while we were away for the night. The moment you set foot in their home, you can tell the love they have for animals and the type of care they will provide.

Lorenzo was fantastic with my high energy dog! He had a great place for him to run around safely, and I could tell he had an awesome time, especially getting to play with Lorenzo’s 2 dogs. He communicated perfectly with me , sent me updates and pictures. I would definitely recommend him! Maverick came hope happy and tired :)
