House Sitting in Lincolnville

Katie was a rock star with my quirky pets. She was positive and sent great pictures. She also kept in communication. It was greatly appreciated.

This was my first time leaving my pup and Ann was so patient with her. My dog is very skittish and Ann was able to gain her trust by the end of the visit. She kept me super updated and sent me lots of photos.

Liz was absolutely remarkable! We have used rover.com before, but this was by far the most exceptional experience we have had. Liz communicated beautifully, was thoughtful and loving with our dogs, She showed exceptional patience with our young puppy, who is rambunctious and energetic. We received regular reports and photos daily…we recommend her highly! Your animals will.I’ve her, and so will you.

Elizabeth was awesome with my high energy boxers. She took care and time to follow all directions for my lively, reactive pups, and sent plenty of photos 🙂. It was clear that my two ladies absolutely loved her, and I’ll definitely be booking again.

When it came time for us to leave our sweet little Davey boy at home for nearly two weeks to visit family out of state we turned to Rover and found Jill. We did a meet and greet prior to leaving and instantly my apprehension was put aside. Jill has the magic touch, our little guy gravitated to her right away and she nearly out him to sleep standing up with some masterful ear rubs. Almost immediately upon leaving we were receiving picture and video updates of one very happy dog. Hill was so communicative and clearly loves the dogs in her care. They went for long walks and she stayed at our house so that Dave could be in his own environment. She kept the updates coming the whole time we were away and it did our hearts so much good to see he was having a fun, totally relaxed, time with his newest pal in his own house. We of course missed him terribly but Jill did all the right things to allay the nerves or even the most neurotic new dog parents. We returned to a happy, healthy, much loved little dog, who looked like he had a good brushing recently and the house was immaculate. A kind note on the counter and a wagging tail- what more could one ask for from a dog sitter. Jill is a genuine , kind , responsible and communicative person who obviously loves dogs with her whole heart and understands how much they mean to their owners. Jill will be out first choice in dog sitters from here on out and we truly cannot recommend her enough. If you want to go away and feel like your dog is in the best possible loving care- Jill is the dog sitter for you !

If you read what Amanda wrote about herself, you can absolutely believe every word. She took care of our two dogs and gave them such loving care and was very attentive to their needs. She is an excellent communicator and is responsible, experienced, and conscientious in all aspects of her job. Plus she is a delightful person to know. We highly recommend her and look forward to having her sit for us again.

Stephanie and her husband took good care of our pup while we were out of town. I appreciated the daily photos. Came home to a calm and rested doggie!

Nicole was fantastic! We needed her very last minute and not only was she available but Oona loved her. Highly recommend.

Bohni is wonderful! Very attentive and caring! We are very grateful our puppy is in good hands!

Annabelle is an excellent communicator and a very nice person. She took great care of my dog and house.

Hayleigh was great with all our pets! Very communicative and let is know how the pets were doing. We really loved leaving our dogs with someone who paid a lot of attention to them. We came home to very happy pups and plan on using Hayleigh again for some vacation in 2024!

This was our first experience with Rover and, most importantly, Candi. This was also the first time we have had someone (other than a family member) pet sit our now 14 month old Havanese. We had a meet and greet with Candi several days prior to our overnight trip. Given that visit, Candi’s background, and our meeting with Candi before the trip, we had no worries while on the trip. It is nearly impossible that someone could be more qualified in every way to pet and house sit for us. Candi kept us up to date during the trip (pics and texts). Candi gave us a wonderful report of how the visit went when we returned. And our little pup has a new friend. When we arrived at the door, our pup ran to us (as we expected). However, she ALSO kept running back to Candi with her tail wagging with great joy!

Jasmine is excellent! She did a wonderful job taking care of our four fur babies in our home. She's diligent, a great communicator, sent lots of photos and kept us informed of their activities as each day progressed. We would love to have her back any time!
