House Sitting in Portland

Max loves his time with Destiny! My boyfriend and I are comfortable leaving for vacation knowing she is taking care of him. She sends updates daily with pictures and videos & our house is always so clean when we come home! This is our second booking with her. She is incredible with our baby!

Everything was great, John took very good care of my dog, birds and house during my trip to Europe! Would definitely recommend him as your dog sitter :)

We cannot say enough good things about Ryan and David. They went above and beyond for our little senior girl while we were away. We were worried about leaving her, but Ryan put us at ease immediately, and we could see how comfortable Maggie felt too. Ryan kept us updated with photos and texts, kept Maggie comfy with treats like a heat pad and walks in the front pack, and even went the extra mile and stayed another night to be with Maggie when our flight home was canceled. Ryan is so kind and we won’t look anywhere else for our dogs.

Sergey was very patient and gentle with our little dog who can be difficult in the winter weather. He responded extremely promptly whenever I reached out to him, and was always extremely accommodating. Thank you so much, Sergey!

Britt was great. Easy to communicate with. I wish my dog hadn’t just had knee surgery, so Britt could have walked or hiked with them. She seemed very willing to exercise the dogs, which I would have loved. Next time!

Madeleine was absolutely wonderful with our senior dog, Olive, who can be quite nervous and shy. She showed so much patience. We loved receiving regular updates and photos—they gave us total peace of mind while we were away. Madeleine also took great care of our home and left everything spotless. We’re so grateful to have found her and have already recommended her to friends. Truly a fantastic sitter!

Jordyn was so patient with our nervous dog, and took her time to earn her trust (and love!). She was communicative, kind, and great to work with. Would trust my pups with her anytime!

Celine was amazing! She was very accessible and flexible and I knew my dog was well cared for even when I was out of cell service for most of the time. This was my first time using Rover and Celine and I will definitely be calling back!!

Brook was amazing!! So kind and attentive to the instructions I left. She has such a warm presence and my doggo loved her! We are so appreciative and will rebook with her in the future!

Elise was a very helpful dog-sitter!! She was very respectful to our house and easy to communicate with and Neyo loved having her step into our role as companion for a few days!

I used Rover for the very first time and found a gem in Sparrow. They met with me ahead of time, as my 12 yr old Westie has meds both morning and night and anxiety issues. Honestly, Sparrow’s communication with me was stellar. Fiona stopped eating the first morning I was gone (Westitude and a nervous Nellie!) and Sparrow immediately texted me. Their concern was very reassuring, and once Fiona figured that she was in caring hands, the rest of their stay went smoothly. Sparrow stayed overnight in my home for 6 days, and I returned to an immaculate home. I would not hesitate to have Sparrow doggy sit for Fiona in the future. They get a 10 on a scale of 1-5!!!!!

Jackie was an excellent pet sitter. She kept in contact and put my mind at ease that my elderly cat was taken care of and comfortable. He's shy and even warmed up to her. She was very accommodating and easy to get hold of. Would definitely rehire her again!

Heather was excellent house sitting with our cat when we went away for a few days. We got regular updates, and it was clear that he warmed up to her quickly. She left our house neat and tidy. We will definitely ask Heather when we need a cat sitter in the future!

Samantha was awesome! My little leo doesn’t warm up to people easily but Samantha sent many pictures of him happy and snuggling with her! She made sure to check in with me so I knew both of my dogs were being well taken care of. It was really nice to not having to worry about them while I was away. Definitely will be using her again ☺️☺️

We had a great first experience with Meagan. She arrived within the selected period, communicated during the day with pictures, and showed flexibility in case of our late arrival at home. She walked Rosa twice and fed her. We prefer working with the same person for safety and familiarity. We will be contacting Meagan again as Rosa was well taken care of.
